You can almost always get the sandwich you want the way you want it, sandwiches served up quick. ?

I put in an online order to take advantage of the BOGO offer. I much prefer in person ordering and paying in cash, but a free sandwich is a free sandwich. The two young woman at the counter was finishing up another order, and greeted me promptly. I let her know I had just entered an online order, she and another employee immediately started the order, took the time to make sure verything was correct, bagged it, and were very polite, professional, and friendly. The sandwiches were great, bread was fresh, other ingredients were also. There are a handful of Subways in my area, but this one is ALWAYS a good experiance. I find myself going out of my way to use this location over others that may be closer.

The lady at night is so friendly. She is very respectful and makes my sandwich on point. I believe her name is

Absolutely horrible service, most of the employees could give a sh"t less about how many people are in line they just go as slow as they please. The managers are horrible with having more than one person on shift. Sandwiches are always sloppy. 2/10 on food service.

In the morning they open late, they open at 9. But they open at 9:15 920 and you are waiting all that time hungry and unable to take my lunch.

It can get busy during lunch, but it is worth the extra wait. Employees are nice and food is fresh.

The kid behind the counter was so high he could barely make a cold sandwich...it was embarrassing. Literally asked me if I could grab the sticker to seal the wrapping around my sandwich because he couldn't figure it out...and the sub was only wrapped on one end.

We showed up right before closing, everything was tidied up & ready for shutting down so I kinda expected a little disappointment from the workers who most certainly were ready to get off. But total opposite, the 2 female workers were very friendly, very courteous & they made our sandwiches with an extra slice of pleasantry that we don't see enough of these days. Their A+ personalities made our visit even better than the tasty subs? thanks ladies

They run a pretty glld xrew here, and the food is a welcome change in the lunchtime scenery of South saint paul. I have eaten here about a half dozen times now and have had a good experience each time, although, their bathroom could use a little more TLC (vinegar in a zip lock bag with rubber bands around the faucet will stop it from being a super soaker). This store has single handedly brought me back around on Subway after a 4 year hiatus

I come in here occasionally and that's because I don't know who will be here it seems to have a bit of trouble keeping good employees.

There was only one guy working tonight. One.He wasn't entirely sure how to make my sandwich, though he absolutely knew where to find the tools/instructions/recipe book and did a pretty good job. The place was clean, but I could tell he had a lot on his plate for closing duties and I felt for him. And I'm kinda worried, actually. Like, only one employee for the last 4-5 hours? Number 1: That's a safety concern. Bad guys like to target understaffed places. Number 2: That's taking the employee for granted, and in the process making them feel devalued. Number 3: When the only person working has to use the restroom, do they lock the doors or leave the place unattended? Number 4: This is how you burn out good employees.I hope you don't lose the guy who was working tonight. I hope management does better.

This is by far the PETTIEST subway I’ve ever seen, I ordered steak & egg and I wanted my eggs on the side. This guy! Literally went after my sandwich after it was made and TOOK steak off my sandwich! When I asked what why he told me to leave, what the actual hell ? Lol very petty
