Took the kids here for lunch. Great spot. Free pie with every entree. Had the Ruben sandwich and a slice of banana cream pie. Both were delicious. Our waitress Diane was awesome.

Me and the hubby decided to try this place for breakfast. We used to go all the time when it was Keys Cafe. The food was very good and the service was top notch. Large portions of food. Quick service and clean restaurant. We'll definitely be back.

Horrible service, took forever to get our drink order, ordered an appetizer which came out WITH our main food which was almost an hour wait, never was offered refills on our drinks or checked in on after our food arrived, nachos were very cold with soggy chips and barely any meat, my husband's omelet with chili was very bland, my gravy on my country fried steak was cold and flavorless with a hard puck like country fried steak, I literally had to leave my table to get service and we will definitely never be back.

I am reading the reviews and saw one from a week ago that had the same problems I did. the meal was not cooked right and they completely did the order wrong. was also sent back after waiting like 40 minutes for the food to begin with and there was no other table in the restaurant. told them I wanted my money back and it was refused. so they took the food back and I didn't eat any and they also refused to refund. so I literally paid for nothing and had nothing. no manager supposedly as well.

Tried out the cafe side - they now call it Buzzie Bee Cafe or something similar. I really miss the restaurant that was in here before - Keys. The entire restaurant was redone to look very clean with zero decorations or charm; it felt sterile and unnatural. There was one server only I think - we had to look around for then because no one was stationed at the entrance to the restaurant. She told us that their menu was basically the same as Keys, but it wasn't. The tuna melt was dripping greasy and there was an off taste to the oil on the fries. They advertise free pie with each entree, but that's only if you dine in. My husband got the French silk - yummy but not homemade and I got banana cream, which was still partially frozen and didn't have good flavor at all - again, nothing special. I was trying to figure out what type of clientele would enjoy this restaurant and couldn't land on anything.

Terrible Service!! Waited over 30 minutes for a breakfast burger and it when it came out it wasn't even right!! Didn't have an egg on the burger!! I told them to take it back and to cancel my order. They had the nerves to still try to make me pay for it. Also I asked for a manager to complain and they said that there isn't a manager onsite. My response was so if there was an emergency at your establishment who would be the person to take care of the situation. The waitress said " I don't know" I would have to send a message to the manager and. It could take awhile for them to get back to us. Unaccepted!Custom service is just terrible. Will not be coming back again!!!!

This is finally a contender for my regular breakfast spot, all previous options having been discounted on the basis of failed vibe check.This place has passed all the tests for a neighborhood diner, including the all-important hot beef sandwich.
