This place really went downhill! I ordered a whopper jr w/cheese, the top bun was cold as if it came out of the refrigerator, the meat was luke warm at best, onion rings had to have been under the warming light for well over the 20 minutes that it's suppose to be, they should've been thrown out, but the strawberry shake was good. I used to work at burger king do I know how things are done.

i’m not very happy with how my issue was handled . they made a mistake and when i asked kindly about it she automatically got rude . she was a older later then stopped me in the middle of saying the issue and turns around and tells another lady to “can u figure this out” n then she came up and was VERY rude also . i’ve NEVER been the type to even say anything cs ive worked in fast food and understand it gets annoying but i dont understand the disrespect from BOTH of the lady’s and also didn’t fix the problem cause THEY didn’t hear me.

Dayshift are great but the night shift worker I just interacted with was the most rude, power-tripping, and all around unpleasant person I've ever had the misfortune of interacting with. I work overnights so I often get a burger here in the morning when I get off and they are always awesome at that time, but I will never come back during the night shift again and would recommend against it for anyone needing some late night grub.

So I hardly ever write reviews unless they are extremely bad, usually it's out of rage but it's hoenst. But I had to make an exception for this one. I'm eating my fresh hot meal and I see someone sweeping outside. But they aren't wearing the typical burger King uniform. Clearly it's a manager. I went over and talked to him. Turns out he's the district manager. I told him what a wonderful job him and his team is doing and told him my managers wouldn't be caught dead sweeping. They would have their employees do it. Overall a great experience to see even the highest of managers doesn't mind getting their hands dirty to help their tram. Not only that the staff was super friendly and the food was nice and hot.

They have my favorite food. And they do the best customer service So everybody have to welcome up there if you need a beautiful customer service They have a different kind of foods. And it's test good. So the only thing I know they are the best.
Night crew nailed it. I order the same thing every time and that was by far the best made burger i have ever had from this establishment. Well made perfect amount of ingredients and you could tell it was made with care not the normal presentation i have gotten from there. Thank you!!

I generally never write reviews if I don't have something positive to say. However, this is the exception. A customer should never ever visit a restaurant especially and see a restroom in the condition that this one was. It was appalling even more so because I'd consumed food from this establishment first. I immediately began to wonder what the area they prepared my food in looks like. On second thought... I don't even want to know. I only wish I had taken photos.
