Ordered for a 10:50 pick up online. They were supposed to to open at 10:45. Employees saw us standing outside freezing and just left us there. Finally at 10:55 they opened the door and the women was incredibly rude and said she was busy. Food still not ready so I had to stand and wait. Would have left but had already paid and she said they couldn’t refund me. Doesn’t take much to apologize for the wait or for making us stand in the cold. Wouldn’t have left a bad review if they had been apologetic about it.

I ordered Chicken Al pastor quesadilla with Fajita veggie, salsa , sour cream but they gave me cheese quesadillas with chicken on side which was cold and no corn salsa .

Onion/veggies that are cooked weren’t available. Metal hanging off door almost stabbed my wife and I.
Walking in was a visual dumpster. Trash everywhere. The soda machine area was filthy. No ice. An employee noticed it and instead of filling it, he went to the back and got his cup of ice and ignored it. Out of four sodas. Leaving only diet and sprite. The fresca drinks were off. Hot. Nasty looking. As though they haven't been made in days. I got to the line and noticed everything either empty, dry, old and cold looking. I asked if any fresh food would be coming out as no veggies were available. White rice was empty and black beans. Was given an attitude when I decided against my order and went ahead for another for my gf. Both chicks walked to the back and just stood there. Thankfully a new shift employee walked to the line and noticed my want to place an order and alongside the mess the line was with nothing fresh or even available for me. She stated there was in fact much that could be restocked and was happy to do that for me. That's all it took. So the shift before four was horrible with attitude towards me, cleanliness, fresh food and stocking the line.

Terrible order! Forgot our rice, fajita veggies, and I got 3 pieces of meat in my burrito bowl. We live an hour away and we're passing through all to be disappointed. I hope they make it right!
