I was never going to order from Here again because of past experience but today caleb has changed my mind. He is the best domino's worker I've ever seen. He wished every somali a happy holiday to make us feel at home. Keep this employee and you will keep me and my family as customers.

Literally took a whole hour and 30 minutes to just deliver my pizza, and when I called about any updates on my order. The guy said he’s still waiting on the delivery guy and before I even get another word in; he hung up on me. I called back to ask if I can just pick it up and he said since I already paid I should just wait and hung up on me again! 40 minutes passed and still no pizza. Decided to show up at the store to pick it up and he told me that the delivery guy already left. Drove home and saw NOTHING. Only to receive a delivery notification that it’s on the way. Food was warmish and wings soggy.

I ordered a pizza with extra sausage and I did not receive extra sausage and all the topping were almost in the middle of the pizza ?! And my food was COLD my wings barely had sauce on them and my pizza was not even cut all the way I am VERY VERY VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED at my order not even surprised cause this place always causes issues with orders SMHH and the manager was being very rude when I called and I made sure I was very calm and polite but he seemed like he had a very awful day and he’s taking it out and his orders and customers !!! 0/10 For 40 FREAKING DOLLARS this order could’ve been better????? !!!!

Just because i use a discount doesnt mean you should skimp out on all the ingredients. The cheese was so thin that it didnt even cover the sause of the pizza and the crust was so thin that you cant even hold a piece without folding it.

Very good service!!!!! I had a mix up with an order and was unable to figure out how to cancel. Wanted to pay in cash but ended up being short. Was able to pay for just one of the items and the delivery man was very amazing and super nice. Some of the best customer service I’ve had. I feel very bad for having him drive out so late to deliver the pizza that me and my friend couldn’t even afford because we ended up being short on money. The delivery driver’s name was Benjamin, and I am very thankful for his awesome service, definitely a great worker!!! We need more people like Benjamin in this world, the customer service was just great especially for the situation I was in. Also the food is always amazing, every time i’ve had food from dominos it has always been awesome, especially from the one in Saint Cloud. Very thankful for the work they do there and I am very appreciative of it!!!
This domino's location has a terrible reputation. They used to supply all the pizza for saint cloud state university, and that pizza was always bad. They have thankfully now lost their contract with the University. There are two other Dominoes locations in this town that are pretty good and i've never been disappointed by. In general i'm a big fan of Domino's, It's probably my favorite chain. But this location is horrible.I ordered three pizzas from here for pick up. One of them I ordered extra cheese on. The pizza was some of the worst i've ever had, and that includes Frozen pizza. I'm not even sure if I'd say it tastes better than the pizza Garvey (SCSUs dining Hall) gives out.The pizza I received had literally no sauce. It was just cheese melted onto the dough. The garlic seasoning they add to the crust to make it taste good Was almost nonexistent. On the pizzas that I did not order extra cheese for, There was barely any cheese to speak of, Just a sprinkle of it on top of the cooked dough. The only pizza that had cheese was the one I ordered extra for, And then it was no more than the expected normal amount of cheese. This location appears to skimp on everything, Creating a much worse product.All in all I am extremely disappointed. I wish I could get my money back.There's a much better pizza place literally next door with Topper's pizza. Down the street there's Pizza hut. If you want cheap pizza, There's True's pizza which sells 6 dollar pizza that tastes much better than this. If you're willing to drive a little ways down division street, there's Costco, where you can grab a massive pizza that tastes better and is a better price even without a membership. Heck, go to litterally any other Domino's location in this town and you'll be fine.Just do not go here.

I was in town with a group of 4th graders to Paramount Theater. My Bus was parked at the St Cloud Library down the St from the Theater. I went out for a walk to find something to eat and it started raining. I went in to Dominos and saw there were tables to sit at. I first asked if they had a bathroom and was told not for the public. I told them I was a School Bus Driver and what I was in the area for and that I was on foot. Still would not let me use the restroom. I ordered a pizza and left. It didn’t end well. I made it back to my Bus dropped off Pizza and went inside the Library. Unfortunately did not make it in time!!! I was told that every time they open the bathroom for the public it gets trashed. I can understand that but even after I told them who I was and the reason I was there they still refused. Very disgusted customer here.

I ordered a pizza and parmesean twists, it came super fast - but very wrong. I ordered a pizza with salami and black olives, and I got that! But there was no sauce on the pizza? None. And the crust was the wrong type. Not a great pizza, but the Parmesan twists were good.
Ordered a few things and was told it’d be a 45-60 minute wait. Gets around that 60 min mark and it says it’s out for delivery. It showed the car pull-up on the tracker, but nobody every arrived, and then the tracker says it was delivered. I call to tell them I didn’t receive it and the associate tells me they’ve been having issues with the tracker and will arrive shortly. Wait another half an hour- nothing. Call again and I’m told by a different employee that they have no idea what happened to my food and they will give me a $$ voucher to cover it all. So I’m still hungry and ask “can I just get my food?” And they told me that I couldn’t because they have to follow the orders as they come in and I would have to wait my turn again. Now I usually bite my tongue on this kind of stuff, but how tf am I not able to just get my food sent to me priority number 1 after you just “lost my order” that you told me was for sure “out for delivery”. What does that even mean? Terrible, terrible customer service and terrible, terrible problem resolution

At 11:00pm I clocked out of work. By 11:10 p.m. I had put my order in for a pizza and some cheese bread, through the app. I received confirmation of my order and estimated delivery time and was directed to Domino's Tracker. I watched as my status went from receiving order to so and so is now prepping your order... And that is exactly where my order stayed... For the next 45 minutes. I got the stores phone number from the app and called to check on an estimated delivery time. A recording told me I was third in line to have my call answered, so I patiently waited until I was informed I was the next call to be answered. I waited on that line for 10 minutes, but no one ever answered! So here I am, sitting with company, waiting for dinner... I got an email at 2:00am that informed me my order was cancelled?! First off, I was so embarrassed and had to tell my company that dinner wasn't happening(as I had nothing in the house to cook because DOMINO'S was my plan) secondly, I still had zero answers as to what was going on, and could contact NO ONE to find out! I've never felt so unimportant as a human being in all my days of ordering pizza! Epic fail, DOMINO'S!!!!
