I went through the drive through and my battery died while IN the drive thru. I was waiting for someone I know to come with a jump. Then, the Dunkin' worker came out and gave me a jump and did the entire thing for me! Best customer service EVER!!!

I love Dunkin’ Donuts, but the Saint cloud location is so slow!!! This has happened multiple times but today kind of sent me over the edge. There was four workers that I saw three in the front and one in the back I assume making food. I ordered one coffee they took my payment and I was sitting at the drive-through window for about 10 minutes While they filled out online orders or just were standing around talking, which they seem to love to do here. I have worked in the service industry my whole life, so I have compassion but this was over the top and unnecessary. It was also just super awkward sitting there for 10 minutes while they left the window open and we’re just talking. After a while, though, I believe one girl took one of the drinks from an online order and gave it to me because we ordered the same thing because she had noticed I was sitting there for so long. Their stuff always taste good but some of the attitude were not it.

Did a mobile order for blended/frozen coffee and went to pick it up, and they said they were unable to make them. They offered a refund. I had already driven there, so I changed my order to iced coffees, but I should not have to change my order. I should get what I paid for. This was my third time going to this location, and the second time, they couldn't make frozen coffee.

Since opening day they have really come together and started to work as a team. All opening day's have hiccups. But the service is prompt, never wait long for the drinks. Food can be a little slow. I enjoy the fact that i have access to specials not on the menu, all because I order theu the app. Please keep the online and app orders open all the time.

Hands down—best food allergy experience!!! I never leave reviews but this one was worth the brag! My daughter has dairy allergies + gluten (celiac disease). She is always scared to try anything (food or drink) outside of our home. She was hesitant to order a coffee drink but asked for coconut milk. Coconut was unavailable but the barista offered oat milk and almond milk. I asked if she could verify that the oat milk was indeed gluten free. She went and got a fresh oat milk container, verified it was gluten free, kept it sealed and carried it around with herself (so no one else touched it), made the coffee, carried the coffee with her to go get a new stirring instrument (ensuring no cross contamination), finished making drink and hand delivered the drink to my daughter verifying nobody else touched it. No crumbs near it, no cross contamination, no other employees touched it, fresh container of milk, newly washed instruments and she even announced to her coworkers that nobody could touch it or place it anywhere else. We didn’t ask for any of the royal treatment, only mentioned the allergies, and this barista went ABOVE & BEYOND!! Huge act of selfless accommodations for a stranger! I was incredibly impressed!!! This barista knows/understands/proves her knowledge of allergies, went out of her way to make sure the drink was completely safe and did it all without a second thought. The store was BUSY and breakfast hour but it made our experience perfect. In the rush & chaos we tried to get her name but the hat tags were small & it was so busy but we believe her name was Sherry (or something similar). This barista saved my daughter from a few days of miserable sickness & impressively understood what could happen if contamination occurs. We have to check allergy stuff with any edible products frequently and we’ve NEVER had an experience like this one. Our family of 8 (only one daughter with allergies) stood in awe watching this encounter occur!!! Good Job!!! We will definitely be stopping here more for our daughter to enjoy a safe coffee drink. THANK YOU for going ABOVE & BEYOND.Dec.28,2023 @ 9am ish.Dietary restrictions: Knowledgeable barista on dairy and gluten allergies—well done!!! I hope all staff is trained this way, and if not, they could learn a lot from this employee.

We came to the drive through at 4 on a Sunday, 90 minutes before close. We asked for a few chocolate sprinkle donuts. They told us they had no sprinkle donuts at all and only once chocolate. We settle for whatever and get the bag and there’s no napkins. I walk inside to get napkins and there’s two types of other chocolate donuts. Very baffling situation.With an hour and a half left in the day they were out of several types of donuts. I mean I get it but don’t sub something in that’s not even close to being asked for.
