Made a reservation, but still had to wait. Was told our table was still occupied. However when we arrived in the dining room, there were many open tables and only 4 people were noted to have left the restaurant after we arrived. There were also several other groups waiting when we arrived and they were waiting when we arrived. We could have ordered drinks and an appetizer, but with the wait for our table we just did meals, due to not wanting to get home very late, as we had a stop to make and then an hour drive to get home.

I took my daughter to Granite City for a Dad and Daughter dinner for Valentine's Day. My daughter loved her kids menu Mac & Cheese and the better Cheddar Burger and waffle fries were amazing. I have so many great memories at this location and will be coming back!

I messed up on my delivery order and Uber Eats wasn’t willing to help me change it so I called Granite City and they quickly changed it, without charging me any extra with no problem at all!The food is delicious and quite possibly the best cooked salmon I’ve even eaten! (We fish and cook it on a regular basis and I’ve learned to love my own cooking so this is saying something!) Many props to Granite City!!!!

The hostess was able to seat our party earlier than our reservation. The food was good and fresh, environment wasn't overwhelming. Service was good. Overall a good experience.
We came in and mentioned to the hostess that we had 12 coming, she immediately told us “we cannot accommodate this today” we mentioned we were willing to wait and she stated “there’s no way.” We then asked if we could split our group up into 2 or 3 different tables (did not need to be near) and she sternly said “We cannot accommodate you today”. My husband had asked if there was a manager or anyone to just get us a wait time, it seemed odd she was unwilling at all. Immediately then she said “I’ll put you in for 12” and we were seated within 5 minutes, all together. Our food was great and waiter incredible. But the front hostess completely made us feel not welcome. Had it not been for one persons dietary restrictions (easy menu there for him) we’d have 100% gone elsewhere. We were extremely nice and respectful to the front, it was an extremely awkward experience with bad customer service.

We went there Friday, to celebrate my friends Birthday. Our food was perfect! The chocolate cake so good! With all that said the BEST part was our server, Benjamin! He was so much fun! Great sense of humor. He is great at what he does. A side from the great food Benjamin is why I will keep coming back. Thank you, Benjamin for making our lunch so fun!
