The Italian Beef Sandwich here isn't simply "better" than anywhere in St. Paul, Minneapolis, and Chicago; it's consistently great. The Chef(s)/staff try to make your visit pleasant, that's much appreciated. Try the pizza, you'd probably be confused (in the best way).Kid-friendliness: Even though it's a bar, there's plenty of bar patron and separate seated customer tables and booths with locally relevant artifacts on the walls. Nice when you're trying to calm a baby or distract the kids.

Had Breakfast only thing on menu was the buffet , it was bad , cold and tasted like it was leftovers from the day before, french toast was petrified !!!

OMG, we waited over 40 minutes for our food! But before that, our waiter did not remove our appetizer plates prior to our meals arriving and so we had our appetizer plates AND our main entree plates all on the table at the same time. And the restaurant was not all that busy at the time of our visit! Just a really disappointing experience that prevent a return visit!

My food was ok, but very long time to get it. Our whole party was disappointed by that. I felt it was quite expensive for what I ordered. I would go back if it's the best place to meet up with someone. I would not make an effort to go back there at all.

I like the atmosphere at the Green Mill. The waiter we had was very friendly and personable. He was patient with all of us. He did come back and check with us often. The food was very good. The portions were huge! The table we sat at had wobbly chairs. Wheee!
7 of us met here for dinner, we really enjoyed our pizza and drinks, I think it's time for you guys to think about a remodel - your furniture is old and chairs are very uncomfortable.

I've been going to the Green Mill for about a year now and the staff is always so friendly! They are accommodating to your needs and were even helpful when I asked about gluten free options. The bartenders seem knowledgeable about the drinks and shots they're making, and make the guests feel comfortable! They also have a section dedicated to reservations for parties or celebrations which I thought is nice.

I usually love green mill however this one was a letdown!! Never in all the green mill restaurants I visited have I never been able to eat the chicken Parm. Chicken was way overcooked burnt on edges, and it was so spicy that it literally made me sick. I have an ulcer and can not eat spicy food. I left it sitting there. I wasn't even asked when saw only a few bites were taken if it was okay.

Brought my family for my daughters birthday. Wanted to find a new place we hadn't been to before. I got the lobster and shrimp pasta, was super good. My kids all got different things, baked ziti, deep dish pizza and spaghetti and they all enjoyed their meals. My wife got the sweet heat tacos. These were not good. The chicken was rubbery and cold and had an awful flavor. Our server was quick to offer an alternative of which my wife opted for the baked ziti and enjoyed that a lot. All in all a very good place. Definitely on the higher end but 5 people I expected to pay a good chunk. With tip almost $200. Definitely won't take the entire family often but maybe lunch or a date night with the wife. Christian was our server and he did a pretty good job. Would give 5 stars except for the tacos. They deserved no stars which brings my rating to 4. I'd give ot 4.8 if possible. Highly recommend this place as a date night. Oh the brushetta was great tooSpinach dip I didn't like bc it was cold but my family did. I would prefer it hot.
