Went here for the first time. Laughable. Lady that served us was nice but for 8 bucks which was a small thing of ice cream and a cookie that was the smallest most pathetic thing I have ever seen I wouldn’t recommend. Web site looks nothing like the real product you get. Just look at photo of final product and go to grocery store instead. You could get 12 for half this price?

Ike was awesome made us feel welcomed and was very helpful! We usually go in later at night, so you can tell some of the workers are tired and just want to get home but he was an amazing help!Parking: Parking on side street most of the time pretty easy, can be hard during busy hours!Kid-friendliness: Its cookies of course they're kid friendly!!
Most of the time we come in around 12ish, and you can tell the staff are tired and wanna go home (which i get because it's late) but tonight we went in and we had a guy named Ike help us and he was fantastic he was super nice and didn't make us feel like a bother, which has happened plenty of times in the past. super cool dude and y'all should give him a raise. customer service was 10/10.

First, the driver said I put in the wrong address. Which isn’t true, he even showed me the address on his phone to “prove it” to me, and it was literally my address. Guy barely spoke English (Spanish first language) and kept arguing with me. It took me close to 10 minutes on the phone to explain to him how to get him from where he was, to where I was. Kept yelling at me to go outside, the dude wasn’t anywhere near my address and I WAS already outside. Took over TWO hours to get the cookies, my friends left by then. I significantly regret giving the driver a $15 tip ahead of time. Only had 14 cookies in the box, I ordered 20 (the 20 for $20 deal). At least my friends left already so I ended up with way more than I needed, but I still paid for 20 cookies. Didn’t bother to call because it took way too long and it wasn’t worth my time calling and complaining over 6 missing cookies that equaled $6. Not sure if the missing cookies was insomnias mess up, or the driver. Order was placed at 6:52 pm, did not arrive until 9:08 pm. I got a text from insomnia at 8:47 pm saying “great news! Your order has left the bakery”. So not sure if it took OVER 2 hours because of insomnia or the driver as well. I will literally only go in store to pick up from now on. Worst experience I’ve had thus far. I’ve had it where it takes over an hour to be delivered, and understandable when they’re likely short staffed, likely have to make some of the cookies for the order etc. but getting yelled at by an incompetent delivery driver (who pretty sure was with doordash, not insomnia cookies themselves) and then getting shorted what I ordered is not okay. If you don’t have the means to deliver within the 30-45 minutes it states when you do order, then don’t make it an option to get it delivered. Of all the times my roommates or I have ordered delivery from there, there’s been one time, and only one time, when it actually arrived within the 30-45 minute window. Every time it takes well over an hour, but I always get what I ordered, never had it taken 2 hours though.

Gabby had great customer service, really made my short visit enjoyable. She always shows enthusiasm and a good attitude. I always see her hard at work when I come in, and always takes my order in a timely manner. Could not be happier with my previous late night insomnia visit. I will be more than happy to return in the future.

Don’t order online whatever you do. Ordered from them and it was an awful experience not only did I have to reach out to customer service to get my order shipped but when it arrived they shorted us two cookies ordered 12 only got 10. I recommend going in the store and picking up the cookies personally. So disappointed with this experience.
The open side wasn't on, so we weren't sure it was open. We asked when we came in and brought up the sign not being on; it was obvious that he didn't want to work today, which is why it wasn't on. We hit one of these a few years ago in Florida, so we wanted to hit it here. We ordered the classic 6 pack. When they came put with the cookies, I was a bit surprised as they were smaller than I remembered. It was more like my cookies baked at home, very different than my original experience. When we got to the car some where warm some were not. I got the gluten-free cookie, which I appreciated them putting it in a separate bag, though I wouldn't put that bag in with the other cookies because of cross contamination. That was the cookie I ate, and it was warm and gooey. It was good and worth the price since it is GF.The other people with me said the cookies were good. Again, only a few were warm. But they didn't think it was worth the price. But it makes sense ased on being by a college these are popular. I did it, I don't need to go back.

The hours say they're open till3:00 a.m. which I would believe why they call it Insomnia Cookies....But I'm sitting outside the door at 1:15 a.m. and it's closed.....Do they need to change their name to go to bed early cookies?I'm only able to give it one star because I wasn't able to purchase any cookies.Oh well I won't be coming back.

I ordered a cookie delivery. After 25 minutes, I called in to check the status of my delivery. I found out that my delivery had be cancelled due to them not having ice cream nor the cookies that I ordered. I was supposed to get an email with this information, and still have not gotten it. This is the second time that I order something via delivery and have had a terrible experience! The first time, the delivery driver pulled up to my house, sat at the end of driveway and then drove off. I had to call him back to get him to come back to finish my delivery!!! I think I'm officially done with this location. I'll just go to Crumbl cookies.
