What I ordered was completely dry and had zero sauce with it. Smells good. Tastes like cardboard with cilantro added to it. If I wanted scrambled eggs and noodles I would have made it myself. ?

Terrible. DO NOT EAT HERE. The chicken is no good and they are aware and still selling it. The customer service sucks, but that's the trend now days. Asked if they remembered me from yesterday. They said yes. I explained to them that the chicken was hard as a rock and unedible. They said they were aware of issue. Im not driving home 15 miles to grab a receipt for $15. Yall need to do better! Selling unedible food is wild.

Worst Japanese udon noodles and worst Pad Thai we have ever had. We have lived in Japan and visited the Philippines. There were also so many no see um flies it was terrible.

Ordered the pad Thai with grilled chicken, it’s missing a lot of substance- very very little sauce.
Pretty decent grub. Friendly staff. Fast service during lunchtime. I often order the tortellini pasta, and the husband always gets spaghetti and meatballs. More than once they've forgotten our drink cups with our mobile orders, though.

The food was fine, typical of any Noodles and Company I have been to. But it was FREEZING in the place! I tend to run pretty warm and tolerate cold pretty well, but even I was shivering throughout my meal. Definitely wear a warm parka if you plan to eat here.

Food amount was much less than most noodles I have been to. They also served the food in plastic to go boxes and not an actual dish. Food was warm but tasted like it was simply warmed in a microwave.

3 items in my order, get home and they forgot one of the 3 items (rice krispie treat was missing.) 1 table occupied, 1 order prepared and ready for pickup, 20 minutes till closing. Guess they must have been too busy.
