Been here multiple times and I can't say I've been disappointing. Their frozen choclate cold brew and their cinnamon crunch latte are amazing. I love their white cheddar Mac and cheese though it's a little spendy. Their pizza is also really good.I've never been able to get a cinnamon crunch bagel but I hear their amazing so if you go here early morning and have the chance to try one I definitely recommend it.Vegetarian options: They definitely have quite a few selections with no meat.

I placed an order here in the drive thru at around 7:25am on a Wednesday. There was only one car in front of me. I ordered one asiago cheese bagel with honey walnut cream cheese. After fifteen minutes of waiting I got my bag with a receipt that had my correct order, but inside the bag was a cinnamon crunch bagel, butter, and a cookie. No cream cheese. How…how does it take 15 minutes to get a single bagel order wrong?!

Ordered the broccoli and cheese soup with a strawberry banana smoothie. The soup was okay tasted like it should the smoothie however I did not like I didn't know it had greek yogurt in it which is why I am not a fan of it. The staff was nice and drive thru was clean.

If I could give negative stars for service, I would. I stood up front for 15 mins before someone would even acknowledge me and take my order. I wanted to order in person bc I had a few questions. The manager walked slower than molasses in the winter time, and finally reluctantly took my order and answered questions.

Really disappointed. The last 2 times we have been there, we ordered our food to go. Both times they screwed up pretty basic orders. According to the fine print on the receipt, it is the purchasers responsibility to remove everything put of the bags to verify that they got the order correct. After waiting 15 minutes for a "to go" order, the last thing we wanted to do. Once we got on the road, my wife's salad was supposed to have chicken in it. What she found was some small chunks of fatty substance that might have been cut off some actual chicken breast. What a downer. This is the first poor rating I have ever given a restaurant.

The selling point is clean food but no organic/non-GMO options. As far as I'm aware. Never get a chance to use my rewards because they expire.
