Ordered through door dash. When I received my order my burrito was all sorts of wrong the only thing in it was steak and beans. It was not fireballed like i asked there was no lettuce sour cream spicy ranch or hot salsa. Called door dash and the restaurant neither wanted to help me at all. Give this place 2 thumbs way down. Do not get food from this place

First time going here. I’ve been told the food is amazing. My only reason for not giving a 4 or 5 star…The wait in line at the drive thru window was extremely long. I sat there while nobody greeted me or even took my payment.Waited so long I eventually drove off and got lunch elsewhere.

I paid about $20 for this little to no amount of food this has to be such a rip-off! The power bowl cost 8.59 to add shrimp it cost for 4.39 then I got a side of fries for 4.89 with cheese sauce that cost 3.19 there are barely any ingredients in this so-called protein bowl and not to mention the other day I went and got the Philly cheesesteak that was so dry nope never again. Oh and also there are supposed to be two scoops of beans in here there are no beans like what did I pay for

I have ate here multiple times, never had any issues other then cleanliness. Today I decided to order for pick up, it took almost an hr for my order of one burrito and one steak bowl to be complete and the place wasn't even busy!

The girl on the grill was nice and made sure I got what I wanted, the food was great and the store was neat. I also noticed that they were just two and it seemed like the girl was the manager cause of how she was making sure that the store was neat. I saw bad reviews so I decided to go check it out. Had to tip because of her gesture and will definitely come back? I came on 08/02/2022

Sadly this place has gone down hill since my first visit....the food still tastes good but the staff are a bit questionable in cleanliness/hygiene and customer service, which makes me wonder on the proper handling and preparation of food/ingredients. The tables were a mess.....they no longer have trays to carry your food if dining in! Like what? So disappointed as I LOVED this place.Reviewed for St. Cloud location specifically as I've never been to another location.

Been craving a really good Philly lately. Decided to stop. With the whole covid thing lately a lot of places are upside down on help, hours and such. The day I stopped they were closed for inside dining. Irked me so I tried going a few days later. So yesterday I got in. Great. Placed my order watches them make it and sat down to eat. With Covid going on for the last 2 year I would of expected the place to be a lot cleaner. Sandwich and fries were ok. Nothing to get too excited over. I was just hoping from all the reviews it would of made my socks roll up and down which it failed on.

The food was okay. Staff was fine. Place was filthy. Garbages outside were full. Tables were all dirty. Floor was sticky. Carpet was gross. Drink station was awful. Not going back, that was disgusting.

We stopped at the Pepperjacks in St. Cloud on Saturday, 1/15/22. There was only one other person eating in the restaurant. The two employees working were very polite. The entire place was absolutely filthy! Every table was dirty, the food prep area was littered with food and debris on floors and counters. The floor was sticky and obviously had not been cleaned in a very long time. The entryway glass was very dirty. Being so slow, you would think the employees would have the place spotless. The men’s room was very dirty and the toilet would not flush. There is clearly a lack of care by the manager.

Very disappointed. My friend and I went here for lunch on 1/3/22 at 11am. We were the only two people there and the restaurant was filthy. Ketchup on the counter, every table was dirty, and the floors were as well. Food was meh. I won't be returning.
We used to love Pepper Jax, unfortunately they have gone way down hill. The place is a mess. Every table is dirty, the glass around the grill is full of grime, there is food all over the floor the staff had the same pair of gloves on for multiple areas of the kitchen. All of the staff were in no hurry to help patrons. They don't have any of their sauces anymore, not even ranch. I figured we would give them one more try, but we won't be returning after this.

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately my husband and I won't be back. The staff was not friendly or welcoming. It was lunchtime and we were the only party there. Nearly every table was dirty with crumbs, the carpet looked like no one had vacuumed in a long time, the door was covered in messy handprints and the trash bin was pulled out of the cupboard and was overflowing. Some pieces of my chicken in the rice bowl were still frozen. Once we sat down, we never saw the staff again. I now understand why no one else was there.

This is only my second time ordering from PepperJax. The food has always tasted good. I tried to place an order online and I had problems with the website. I called the restaurant and the manager was clueless on how to help me. I made the suggestion for him to take my order so i didn't have to submit my order online. Everything was correct with my order, but as a manager, i expected someone who could think a bit quicker.

Honestly Not great. Their lettuce was moldy, the steak was super dry and the au jus was really really strong. It's not bad if your looking for lower quality than mcdonald's but if your looking for a good sit down restaurant it's not great. The employees seemed a bit lazy and they didn't really talk to you much. they only had two workers so it was really slow. I would not recommend.

Best phillies in the area, but some menu items do feel a bit over priced and the staff almost always forgets part of my order and I have to remind them. If you are craving a Philly its a good place to eat. Steak Philly with everything is my go too. With honey mustard on the side
