Bizarre employee reactions and poor sanitary conditions.The staff was rude, threw the food into the oven, scolded us for our toddler dropping an empty bag on the counter. We picked up the bag but after the person preparing our food wouldn’t talk to us. We asked multiple times if the food she placed on the trays on the counter was our food. After multiple attempts she finally atleast shrugged yes. The counter was dirty. We asked if they could clean since they are preparing our food amongst the trash and dirty counters. Three employees stated, clearly annoyed, that they didn’t have time and they will not clean right now. When we asked why they would out right refuse to clean, an employee from the back room charged to the front yelling “you know what just shut up. I’m gonna call security to have you kicked out of here. You need to leave.” They called security on us. The officer got accounts from both sides and agreed that the employees were innapropriate and rude. We took a picture of the mess for proof.A few days before this when we ate there one of us got sick with intestinal issues. After witnessing todays mess and treatment it is apparent there are some deficits at this location. Wont be returning.

Bottom of pizza burnt. It was ordered through Grubhub so I wasn't able to look at this after purchase of location to get my money back. Shouldn't even have been considered acceptable to serve by staff.

The food is always very good. They have the best fresh lemonade around. The employees are always very friendly. The pizza is amazing. They give you a big slice and the pepperoni pizza has a generous portion of pepperoni. Highly recommended.

Drove all the way there for my online order, they told me they were cancelling it once I got there. However, they never did, and in doing so, never refunded me. I called them about my refund and they said they couldn't do anything because it went to the online ordering service.

Honestly i love sbarro pizza but the employees here are very lazy. They dont scrape the oven enough, and they stop cooking pepperoni pizza at 6, the most popular kind. The employees apparently dont know how to not burn pizza when its just being reheated and only needs a few min. I guess blackened crust is the accepted new standard that we should expect from this location. People like these ones are the kind of poeple that give fast food workers a bad name.
I can't comment on the atmosphere. It's a mall food court. So today wasn't bad.Service. The employees were nice. One very enthusiastic guy, so that was fun! The cashier was less fun, very obvious she was ready to go home.Food. Unfortunate. Burnt or heat lamped. There was no in between. The pop was carbonation, not much for flavor. As my husband said, "it [the pop] tasted dirty."

My daughter and I have been going to the Sbarro's for about 4 years and the food is consistently very good.The pizzas hot and fresh,The macaroni and cheese is always good except for this time they were out of the Italian crunchy topping,But was still okay.The problem I have with this establishment for the last four years is bad employees, they don't care, they don't recommend anything, they get mad when you ask them anything that's not on the menu bord but is available. This place should always have a manager with customer relation skills to answer or conversate with the customer if you don't have employees that have social skills.

Ordered sbarro for the first time for pick up yesterday, went to go pick it up and it was the complete wrong order, so I called back and they said to come back to pick up our order, and when we got home AGAIN, there was still items missing. We definitely won’t be back and would not recommend. Food was bland, order was messed up TWICE & employees didn’t seem to care.
