For the first time today, I picked up sandwiches from this particular Subway. I was greeted with a warm smile and felt immediately welcomed. Tonya & Jenna could have not been more friendly or customer-oriented. Even though I was too early for the pick up, these amazing ladies did everything so I didn't have to wait. I have worked in customer service for decades and would hire them both immediately. Thank you Tonya & Jenna!!! A+++ PS: the icing on the cake was Free Cookie Friday!

I got off work tonight and, knowing it was nearing closing time, FLEW all the way there. I park and look at the clock, relieved to see it's 9:48. Now, I try not to make it a habit to walk through the door of a restaurant right at closing time. But we weren't there yet. The hours posted told me the store was open til 10:00pm. I walk in to music BLASTING from the speakers, so loudly it made me cringe. When I got up to the counter, the girl working ,walked by me and into the back. That's when a gentleman came out and informed me that they were closed because they had already taken everything down and cleaned up.All that could be fine and dandy, if your posted hours didn't list you as being open. This happened to me twice over the summer, only then I was there just before 9:30 both nights, only to find it closed.I guess next time I'm hungry and it's after 7:00, I should just go elsewhere, where their posted hours are their hours. It sucks though, because this location has always been my go-to, my neighborhood spot.

I’ve tried this location multiple times and every time I’ve been disappointed. They can’t get 2 subs right. Ingredients are always mixed up, wrong bread as well. I tried to give this Subway the benefit of the doubt but it’s truly is a let down.

Stephanie at this subway was so rude and disrespectful. I wanted to get Tuna sandwich, but the Tuna that was in the bowl look like it was sitting there for 3 days. I asked if she can get fresh one. She was not a customer oriented. She refuse to get new one and refuse my services she said.

every time i'm here they give me the perfect amount of every ingredient i want on my sandwich and every one of the employees i've met have been very friendly and welcoming! i don't know which employee i met yesterday but he was extremely kind and i enjoyed talking with him! :)

I picked up a large catering order for my husband today and the manager was so nice. I told my husband about the great service! You are lucky to have her as a manager. The other employee working today was super sweet as well.
