I messed up the location of my subway mobile order-i live in clearwater and just saw clearwater(road apparently!). Waited for it to be ready before going to pick it up just to find out i had the wrong location..I called to ask for a refund because i wasnt driving that far for sandwiches?and the first guy was very polite. Explained that he had no control of it when it comes to mobile orders and directed me to use the app...there's no option on the app. I had my husband call back because I already felt dumb enough. The woman on the phone wouldn't help and when he asked for a corporate number to get this fixed she just said nope and hung up on him. I even left a tip and now I'm out 25 dollars with no food to show for it.Come to find after checking the terms subway will not refund mobile orders at all once their received (which only took seconds on my phone). Definitely my mistake but could have been handled better.

We mobile ordered lunch today for pick up. Had 3 footlongs total and a new footlong pretzel to try. The app said it would be ready at 1:15pm and when I arrived a couple mins early, it was actually just finished. I was met by two friendly gals (I believe I seen one's name was Megan) that helped me locate where the pick up shelf was. I got home and realized the pretzel was forgot. Since I live close by, I gave a call and they said it would be ready and waiting for me. When I went back to pick it up, one of the gals actually ran it out to me. Overall this was a great experience!*We've visited other times too and staff has always been so nice, but today they really went above and beyond with their upbeat personalities.*

Food is fine when they get it correct, but most of the time my order is incorrect. I order online and pick it up myself. I usually get it twice a month but today is my last visit to this store, order was totally wrong but I didn't notice until I opened them up when I got home.

Every time I go here the food is ok…enough to get by but in this specific location the employees are just lazy and don’t really care about the food or customers. I am always polite and understanding plus don’t want to rush the employees so the order is made correctly but they still manage to screw it up.

It's nice to have this establishment nearby. The staff is nice. Most of the people who patronize this spot work or live near here and or are passerby taking the 94 to their final destination. The food is good too. You could never go wrong at a subways.

A half hour before the advertised closing time, the “open” sign is lit but the kid inside says they are closed. He said they are out of bread! Not sure I believe him.

Ordered a footlong sub but wanted different toppings on each half. Amy served us and argued with me that she needed to charge us for 2 6" subs instead of a footlong. Amy was rude and disrespectful. After paying more than $4 more than planned/expected, we went to eat our subs and the olives had pits in them! FYI all tables were dirty with food and so was the floor. Disappointing!

3 strikes and you’re out. I always like to give a place a fair shake, employees can have a bad day-business could have been busy-who knows…this is my 3rd purchase from this place (I walked out one other time before ordering because staff would make eye contact, and then start another task rather than help me) and I’m done. The food at most Subways is mediocre so I don’t have high expectations but this is bad. Wrong sauce used on sandwich, worker also flipped off person coming in the door while ignoring my ingredient requests, then proceeded to laugh saying he made him quit before reaching over the counter to flip a double bird at this person all the while ignoring me. I just finished working 10 hours and just wanted my mostly finished sandwich. Upon every visit workers look like they’d rather burn the place to the ground than make my food. Cleanliness is NOT a thing here and no one has ever said the words “cross contamination” let alone trained the staff on the issues. 0 stars if possible.

When we arrived at the location after ordering through the app, it looked closed. They had all the lights off 30 minutes before closing. They had also turned of their oven already, so the sub I ordered toasted, was not. My wife's sandwich was missing the bacon that we paid for. My sandwich was missing the toasting, cucumbers and the pickles. I attached a picture of my sub that I had ordered with all lots of veggies, definitely including pickles, cucumbers and to be toasted. The cookies were WAY over cooked and were crunchy, not soft and chewy. They also tasted like they were from at least a day ago, we had 1 raspberry cream cheese and a chocolate chip, both were nasty. If you want a sub, go literally anywhere else. There is a gas station near this Subway, you can probably get fresher food and better service from them.To top it off, the staff treated us, the literal only customers in their store, like a burden. We tipped well on the app, so they treated us like this, even when they knew we tippers. I have never been an advocate of firing people, retraining is normally what I am for, but in this case, cut your losses because it is costing you hundreds of dollars in lost business and they clearly do not want to be there. I get it, they are paid slave wages, and it is not nearly enough for what they do, but you NEVER take it out on the customers, you complain to corporate or you quit.

Please don’t fire or speak down to your black male worker. That black guy customer with the green bandana said something to trigger him. I sat in subways for 30 minutes and the man gave exceptional service. It wasn’t until this man came that his attitude shifted.
