Ordered for a delivery time of 5:30. Called at 6:15 to cancel due to pizza not arriving. Delivery driver arrived at 6:25 and was very upset that I wasted his time driving all the way out to my house just to cancel. Was very snarky and condescending during the interaction and blamed me for inconveniencing him. I will never order from toppers again.

Left on doorstep... No knock on the door, no text, no phone call. Squirrels got to the food before I did, said 40mins on the phone, 40mins later I find it cold on my doorstep with a Squirrel in the box. If your reading this I would just call for pickup or just pay the extra 5 bucks for Domino's

The pizza we get delivered is usually really good, but sometimes the ingredients that are supposed to be on the pizza aren't always on it so they lack consistency.
My sister had went to Toppers about three weeks ago to pick us up pizzas. She unfortunately forgot her wallet and phone at home and had to use change to pay for the pizza. The manager, I believe her name started with an A, was so incredibly rude. She first refused to take the money, which was in dollars and quarters. Then started using profane language while finishing the transaction, in order to make my sister feel terrible for being forced to pay with change. She even went as far as continuously threatening to take the pizzas away. I've never heard of customer service like this and I worry for the people who only have change to pay for their food... This is grotesque behavior. This is already being brought to corporate and I only hope this "manager" will never find themselves in a situation where they are treated this way. I hope to see this situation corrected, but regardless, my family and I will never eat at this establishment again. I knew the food was going downhill, but I didn't think Toppers would ever hire employees that were so inhumane and selfish to represent their company. Do better.
Great food. I loved the stix. The desert stix were great too.Pig wings were a bit different but tasty.

it was well over an hour for our food. We had to call a second time to see how long it would be. The pizza and wings were cold. We also asked for bbom boom wings and they were plain. I could go on but why bother.

We tried the Italian beef pizza. The flavor was there but it was lacking everything else. Toppings were sparse with very little meat and a thin layer of cheese. It would benefit from having the the beef chopped and spread over the pizza so you get a more consistent bite. $25 for a medium pizza I just expect a little more and honestly brew pub frozen pizza blows this one out of the water. On the bright side if you want your pizza quick it was on my doorstep in about 20-25 minutes from the time I placed the order. I was shocked at how quickly they were able to get it delivered.
