I always like to disclaim that I’m not fond of giving negative reviews unless it’s about something that’s extremely concerning.I’ve stopped going to the Wendy’s in Waite Park because of terrible service and now I might stop going to this location unfortunately. Something needs to be done about the service for the drive thru, I waited over 20 minutes to order a salad and a drink. I’m not sure if the issue here is low staff or if the workers are incompetent, but waiting 20+ mins at 8:30pm for such a simple order is terrible! Especially considering that the dining room area was closed so the only option available was Drive Thru. Luckily I only had one car in front of me, but by the time I was ready to place my order the line was packed and I felt so sorry for everyone behind me knowing they’d have to wait at least 30 mins to an hour to get their orders.Rating two stars solely because the lady who took my order was nice and accommodating otherwise I’d rate it zero if I could based off everything else.

The Frosty machine was Broken ( Thought I was at McDonalds) The food was Great. The new style of fries are not my favorite but they are better than most places.

I had to wait for fries so that was OK cause I was going to get fresh fries but I sat there waiting for about 10 and they had forgot about my order sitting there waiting so the fries were cold and my chicken sandwich was so over cooked I couldn't eat it. That was over $13 in the garbage, I will not go to that wendys ever again.
