This is my favorite Applebee's location in MN! The waiters are always super friendly

Was excited to visit this venue, but left disappointed. The food was very good, but the service was lacking. Several times it felt like a search and destroy mission to find our server, and their attitude was less than enthusiastic. Restaurants should remember that their servers are their Frontline impression of the business, and they can make or break you. Never saw a manager on the floor, so could not provide direct feedback at that time. Would strongly encourage the franchise owner to do spot checks on their business, or recruit others to do so so they can preserve their existing customers, and continue to grow the business.

Food was good. One of our order was missed and didn't come out with the other 3 orders. Manager was nice had the order put in and comped it and give us a free dessert for the wait.??

When I need some me time this is the place ! It's great for family outings bug when I just want some drinks and appetizers on a budget I might add I can always find a deal. It's my secret place shhhhhKid-friendliness: There is always a kids menu or do what I do .Order several appetizer platters and let them go for itWheelchair accessibility: No worries It is easily wheelchair accessible

I have no complaints about the service staff. However by the time I got to my car I had pretty bad gut rot like I ate bad fast food. My son ordered a kid's meal and it was supposed to come with yogurt and strawberries in the picture it shows like 9 strawberrie slices he ended up getting two strawberrie slices. 3.29 for a cup of pop. I thought they were supposed to do free refills but I guess they want to charge you $3.29 per cup. I haven't been to Applebee's for a few years but I remember the quality being a lot better I feel like I was eating at Perkins.this particular location is potentially a bit frugal

Came in early lunch time ordered the quesadilla wrap are mex textwrap exchange the meat for impossible meat which was red inside. The inside manager and server were very nice.Dietary restrictions: I do not eat beef.

We always have a great experience at this Applebee’s! At Applebee’s, you know what to expect, but this location always gets it right. I also appreciate that they added “GS (Gluten Sensitive)” next to several of their menu options. Makes this much easier for a fellow Celiac dining out. Our family always enjoys dining at this location! Conveniently located off Highway 7 in St. Louis Park.

Liked it, food was average though. Had a sampler. Chips were kinda stale, sauces were okay, salsa, blue cheese, ranch was mid. Quesadilla was good. Mozzarella sticks could have been a bit more crispy but it's always a pleasure. Do not order the boneless wings, they were so dead or freezer burn ick.. overall Applebee's 3 out of 5. They water down the drinks also. Service was super though.(UPDATE) 3/3/2024: Weird I got a phone call from the supervisor or manager there after the review. And she asked a couple personal questions, very blunt I guess. Promised me a gift card or however she was thinking it was said. I have yet recieve it. I don't think there was anything she could have done about over cooked freeze dried food that they serve. But promising a turn around is hard to do, I'd accept a gift card..
Margaritas are good, apps are good, happy hour excellent, open late!
