We purchased First Kiss apples ? because we had heard so much about it. They were good but not like a RiverBelle. The quality was good. However, the price was$ 4.40 per pound, which was too much. We stopped at the grocery store after, and they had just as big and beautiful apples for $2.39 per pound. The apple doughnuts were good but have had better. This won't deter me from going there, especially on the weekends when the party is on. Love their kettle corn, apple brats, and all of the things to do!

Fresh amazing apple cider, picnic tables, and sunny grassy areas to enjoy!

Very family and dog friendly place! Service was great and they have an expansive parking lot that is free. We enjoyed the Thor's Hard Cider flight, it was a great way to try the different flavors of cider that they offer. We also had the apple brats for lunch which were really good. We walked around the orchard, went in the shop, and got apple cider donuts. Highly recommend Aamodt's if you are looking for a cute fall date spot!

I'm not from here but Apple orchards are a huge part of my life. My mom had been taking me to them since I was in middle school. Every fall I look forward to Apple picking. The apple picking here is good, but the apple barn and the "goodies" inside are not so good. The apple cider donuts I got tasted stale and very dry. Also had little to no apple flavor. The apple oatmeal cookie was probably the best thing we bought and tried, but again it was dry. The apple crisp is not crisp at all and doesn't have too many apples. We also got an apple fritter, it was bad but I was expecting more apple flavor. Some of the grocery store ones are better. My bf got the cup of apples with caramel and I really wish they would've used a more sour apple, but it was ok, he liked it. The last thing we tried was the apple cider which was absolutely awful. If way overloaded with some spice, and no it's not cinnamon. I wouldn't recommend the drive here. It's not worth it at all. Also, the staff just wasn't that friendly.

Not sure if it was just too early in the season, but I didn't get the whole "apple orchard" feel you get at other places. It felt just like a big apple store (with not a huge selection of apples) with not a lot else. Didn't seem like they had a pick your own, or if there was, it wasn't signed well.It was ar least cool to try some of the hard cider by Thor's, which was a highlight of the trip.

Given the size and infrastructure of the apple farm (store, tap room, etc.) it is unfortunate that no proper restrooms are available – it's solely port-a-potties. And be warned: the store prices are typical retail with no discount for the apples picked 100 feet away (no packing, no shipping, no distribution, etc. but full grocery store prices). $27 for an apple pie – I'll bake my own for 1/4 that.

Fun and great place for the weekend but you’re not allowed to pick your own apples on the weekend only on weekdays but I love it how dogs are welcome so the whole family is welcome!

Was a little disappointed with your donuts this year. Rather stale. I seemed to remember them being tastier and moist last year. I hope you haven't resorted to packaging them from a factory. That would be disappointing ?

Little disappointed that we couldn't pick apple on the weekend, but still had lots of fun.

I took a star off for lack of direction signs when you get there. There's a sign for customer parking when you're first coming in but there is also parking closer to the buildings up the hill. When you park up by the giant buildings there is definitely a lack of signage for where to go. We had to ask a worker who luckily happened to be going by. While I was there I bought from both the apple barn and thors cider. The apple barn was massive and had a good selection of apples, apple baked goods (made off site), apple cider, honey (made off site), jams and jelly (made off site), and apple baking items. I know it's hard to prevent but, I was pretty disgusted with the fruit flies INSIDE the baked goods packaging. I understand outside in the air since there are massive doors but inside was just gross. They pretty much were covering the apples too so that was a less than pleasant site. Thors cider was great to try. Cider is naturally dry but it did have some sweetness to it and was enjoyable. Especially the ginger fizz one. Price wise I feel everything was pretty reasonable. It was like $10 for 6 cider donuts and while that seems like a lot it's only like 1.60 a donut which isn't too bad (as long as you get the fruit fly less one haha). Overall def fun as an adult. Looked like they had a little kid stuff but since 2 of the 3 things they have there are alcohol, I'd say more adult oriented.

We love coming here to the apple orchard great for kids, just not the friendliest cashiers. Maybe we came during a time and somebody was having a bad day.I still do recommend coming here they have a great hard cider!!
