At first, surprised there weren't more customers on a Saturday night. Now I know why. Food was average to below average. They were out of their famous turkey dinner, which is why we went there. My son's club sandwich had a piece of wax paper in it that he ate a piece of. We brought it up to the server who simply said she'll tell the kitchen (no apology). I asked for the manager to give us a refund on the sandwich, which she did, but offered no apology either. Had to ask for refills. Again, they weren't busy. Garlic mashed potatoes were funky. We couldn't eat them. Skip Joseph's and go to Perkins, just down the road.

Stick to breakfast. The lunch and dinner options are just fine. The breakfast menus are all-day and reliable.

How long do you have to wait for a server? Finally got up and left. 1st time there and the last...

It's still a great restaurant, maybe even better after the change in ownership!I really appreciate the update to the look of their menu. Don't worry, they still have the same great breakfast selection and burger selection!Friendly staff (no complaints), decent food, and I've rarely ever had to wait to be seated. There is a bar, but it has never posed an obstacle for one of their main goals of being family friendly. There is a smaller parking lot that is typically full during meal times. I've only had an issue finding a spot twice in the 8+ years I've been going here. There is handicap parking. The doors do not have a handicap accessibility button, they are pull only doors. The environment is typically not loud or distracting. It is a great local restaurant.I would recommend all-American breakfast, waffles, pancakes, their cheese curds, and the build your own burger. They make great pies, my personal favorites are the cherry and the French silk pies.

Has a Philly beef sandwich, which consisted of a lot of bun & sliced processed deli meat. Not very good for the price charged. Aujus for dipping was pretty good.

Good food and good service. The place was crazy busy but our server still made time to talk to us. Manager came by a couple times to see how we were doing since the wait was long. Will go there again when in the area next year for the snow sculpting contest.

Ate here for lunch after long pole vault competition. Food was ok. Service was terrible. Waitress took a long time to get our order so we left off the appetizer. Had to flag her down to get refills, condiment bottles were empty and she tossed the to go box in front of my wife. Seemed very rude. Possibly angry about something. Even messed up my eggs as well as the drinks at the table next to us.
