Fries are raw every time only way to eat them is to put them in air fryer to complete cooking.Employees are usually friendly. My main complaint is rarely is my order right something is always left out of bag and you have to go back and tell them. Fries are usually cold and half empty.

Playplace was closed for a "manager meeting" 1-2, which is absolutely ridiculous bc parents often bring kids at those times. My two year old was so sad. :(Kid-friendliness: It's not :(

I am a regular at this McDonald's at night time. A few times I have come to the drive thru and each time I order large fries and the same guy is at the window to give me my food and each time he fills the box 1/4 the way. This keeps happening and the first time I noticed when I got home but after that I would let him know. He accused me both times of lying and won't even look in the bag and slams the window on me and refused to come to the window. I went back around and he wouldn't come to the window. I honked my horn to get his attention and I could see him standing to the side avoiding me. I even told him before he gave me my food as he handed my drink to me that he keeps giving me fries that are barely filled and ro make sure they're filled. He said ok. He handed me my food. I looked in the bag and ofcorse once again the fries were barely filled AGAIN! He was extremely rude and accused me of lying. This happened to my daughter with him a couple other times and he did the same to her and refused to fill it and said she ate them. Which would be impossible because she checked it right away. How can u eat all those fries in 10 seconds!!!??. This is unacceptable. This McDonald's has had so many rude staff at night time. He hasn't been the only one. This rude behavior is not right! I will not stand for this anymore! Corporate will be hearing from me!!! Please everyone check their bag asap but honestly it won't matter because he refuses to correct it and will call you a liar and slam the window on you!!!

Food was not warm. It was not hot. I had asked for extra onions, ketchup, mustard and pickles.. didn't get it.. I always eat my burgers with that. No matter if it's a big Mac or regular burgersKid-friendliness: Nice Playland. I had no issues in the play area.
OK SO if you LOVE ❤️ fries and chicken nugs then GO TO McDonald’s ! It has literally the BEST YOU WILL EVER HAD FRIES AND BEST CHICKEN NUGS YOU’LL EVER HAVE IN YOUR LIFE! The delicious fries and nugs are crunchy but not crunchy but a perfect combination of crunchy and not crunchy YUM! But my dad (btw this is MATTS DAUGHTER LEAH WHO IS IN 4th GRADE:) LOVES THERE BREAKFAST BURITTO. bUT BYEeeeee

This McDonalds sucks. The evening manager (skinny guy with dark balding/hair) instead of apologizing for the wait argues with me about how busy he/they are. I put a complaint into corporate last week and still no call back.
