Ordered two pizzas online. My account was charged by papa johns. I was then emailed and texted. Showed up to pick up my pizzas. No order. Told i could pay for new pizzas and take it up with the help desk. But they weren’t about to give me the pizzas I am clearly showing them I paid for. Because it might be a scam - even though their own help desk has confirmed that my order exists. . . But no pizzas. They just say it’s the fault of the online system. THANKS.

Ordered delivery to a hotel. Don’t ever ever order the boneless wings. They’re awful, seemed like they microwaved chicken nuggets and sprinkled hot sauce on them. The pizza was decent but not amazing. The delivery was really fast, they did good on that.

Ordered from them yesterday evening (12/17/23) the shaqaroni pizza was completely burnt. We didn’t realize it until we got home (35 minute drive). The bottom was black in most areas. No we didn’t order it well-done either, we just ordered it to be cooked regularly. That pizza just shouldn’t have been

I ordered a pizza for delivery to where I'm staying at the past couple times I've gotten Papa John's they've been really good they're actually better than Domino'
The pizza was perfectly made. The person on the counter, I believe was the owner, was very friendly and welcoming.

Got Honey Chipotle Boneless wings - with no sauce on them or even on the side, the cheese sticks didn't even get cut, and it looked like someone removed some of the cinnamon pull-aparts before they glazed them. I won't be ordering from here again.
