I thought subway was supposed to cut the meat like Jersey Mike's? The meat still looks like it's pre sliced but it's in some type of a storage unit. No viewing any meat. I don't get it!

Today, like other days, I usually take a break from work to go eat at this restaurant, a day that will be the last one I go due to the bad treatment I received from this manager named "Brayan" and I assure you that I paid for the order with the credit card. credit and even left a 15% tip. Take a small transparent glass of those that you can grab if you want to drink water. It turns out that due to an accident, instead of water, I poured soda into the glass when suddenly Brayan snatches the glass from my hands, throws it into the trash, orders me to leave the restaurant and threatens to call the police for being a thief. I am now going to contact a legal professional to demand an apology and the dismissal of this individual.

I went online to see the menu and saw bye 1 get one half off whent in to get them and I hed to pay full price even after I told them about the deal thay said it's only online and in the app it didn't say that and thay were skimpy on all toppings and I won't ever go there again not worth the price.?

I’d give it zero stars if I could. Stopped by this evening about 9:35pm for a couple sandwiches. Google says they are open until 10, the open sign was on, doors were locked. So I got back in my vehicle to leave, just then I see a lady come out of the back room for a moment or two, I got back out and of course she was in the back room again. I tried knocking on the windows TJ get her attention, and while doing that I saw her walk by the opening to the back room but no response. I understand sometimes places are short staffed and things happen. However I know she heard the knocking, she could have said they closed early if that’s the case, if at least turn off the open sign. Very poor service if you ask me.

Says open til 10pm. We went at 945pm and the open sign was still illuminated but they hide behind the counter and locked the door. This isn’t the first time. We came after 930pm one other time and they still have the open sign illuminated but lock the door and hide in back

This subway was a step above what I am used to. The restaurant was very clean and well organized. The staff was helpful and cheerful. My order was made the way I like, service was fast.. overall a great experience. This one is a bit out of my way; however, I feel it will get more visit from me in the future.
Best Subway I've ever been to. I go here all the time and almost never have to wait, never any problems, always delicious.

Third time visiting this location. I always get the same sandwich and it's always very good. I was impressed by the service. The gentleman behind the counter was very busy with several customers. He still called out a greeting of welcome. After a 4/5 minutes of waiting my turn he told me it wouldn't be much longer and when it was my turn he apologized for the wait. He was busy so no problem. He did a good job of keeping the line moving. He was friendly and helpful. Answered questions I had. I will definitely return.

Hours either need to be updated, or staff needs to not close 30 minutes early just to stand there and do nothing. Right after we pulled up, they went into the back of the store to turn off the open sign and front store lights. When we went up to the door to ask if they were open he said no, then my bf proceeded to ask if the store hours were wrong he said I guess so and shut the door.
