Super friendly people. The "Ruby Latté" is incredibly interesting and the atmosphere is ideal. They have a cute, welcoming place and many artistic magazines to look through while you enjoy your coffee. I loved it.

Awsome Carmel rolls melt in your mouth also make a great homade dog snack my dog loves them.I drive people to the airport for a ride service and have brought people there for the Carmel rolls and once they have tried them there hooked.And the staff are all young but they are awsome.Dont know where they find theses kids but the world needs more of themParking: Limited but have never walked more than 1/2 block and always found a spot.

We are long time Ruby’s Roost cinnamon roll fans! Unfortunately, the quality has become incredibly inconsistent. Our rolls range from perfect to extremely dense, dry and over baked.

The gluten free scone was really yummy. My friend’s chai smelled amazing. The two workers were friendly and kind.Dietary restrictions: They had a blueberry gluten free scone. They stored it unwrapped but on the top shelf, so it’s less likely that the other foods’ gluten dropped on it. Their vanilla syrup is gluten free (they showed me the bottle.)
Best coffee in Victoria!!! I know the owners of both locations but literally will go out of my way to stop by if I have the time! It's so cute in there and the people are so friendly! Everyone is treated like family and the coffee is absolutely delicious.

I was super impressed! Met three friends on a Saturday morning. Had a chance to observe the ambiance while waiting for them. Three or four pleasant and courteous staff members working non-stop to serve the continuous flow of customers. Ample seating for those that want it, and a brisk to go crowd as well. I ordered their specialty latte and a carmel roll w/nuts. Loved both! New to Victoria, and had observed all summer the nice outdoor seating, but today (too cold for outside seating) was my first visit to Ruby's. I now appreciate and understand all the good things I have heard! Way to go!

We stopped for coffee and a treat this morning. The staff was professional and enthusiastic and fun! We were greeted with a smile and kindness! The pistachio white mocha was out of this world! Also the home made, warm caramel roll was the best I have ever had!
