I went to pick my order up and had to leave without anything. I had a Famous Dave's gift certificate and I was told they don't expect Famous Dave's gift certificates. What a joke.
Worst food ever!!!! Ribs was dry and not fresh at all!!! They probably made it 2 days before!!!Run from this place you will throw your money in the garbage!!! I will definitely stay with Texas Roadhouse, I realize now why they call restaurant Famous Dave’s!!! Is because the garbage they cook on their kitchens!!!! Run run run or you will be in the bathroom for the next 3 days

I ordered food from here on Saturday April 1st, 2023 at around 1800 and it never showed up. I called to check on it after an hour and they told me it had been picked up for delivery. Another hour later I called to see where the food was and they said they had no record of the transaction. I went in and showed them that they had taken the money out of my account and even though the manager could see they had taken the money, she acted like they did not have any record of it and blew me off. Avoid this place, they're gonna rob you.

Ordered to pick up for the family, got home and kids chicken basket was burnt chicken strips. Check your food before you leave- unless you want to get home and have to throw kids food away.
The time waited for the food look a very long time. Then when I came to come pick up the food someone had stolen it. Had to wait again. And no one was at the counter for about 10-15 minutes.

This was our first time here. You don't dine in, you take out, get food catered, or delivery at this location. Friendly employees and quick service. The bbq is delicious, but I didn't like the Mac and cheese. The corn is decent and the baked beans are ok as well. I don't eat wings, but my husband enjoyed them. Since we like dining in, we will use the other location for dining and this location for a quick take out option.

I would leave a lower star rating if I was allowed to. I live an hour away. My wife went to pick up take out from famous Dave's $70 worth of barbecue. I got $20 worth of macaroni and cheese Caesar salad and cheesecake. They claim it's because I share the same name with somebody else's order. Buyer beware when you order from this place that's all I can say.

I ordered cheese curds to be delivered. First of all, the cheese curds were burned. Second, there was no sauce like it stated there would be. Third, no napkins as well. Who ever owns this Famous Dave's location should be ashamed of themselves.
