I went through the drive through, pulled up to the second screen. They girl who was taking orders asked how can I help you? I paused because the screen still said the last car's info, when I explained that she said it would change when I ordered. I said but I need the menu to order?? She said well there nothing i can do about that(rude as could be) i said ok i will back n.v up and use the 1st one. So after my kids decided what kind of ice cream they wanted I pulled ahead and she said"what do you want" it totally caught me off guard so I asked if I could talk to her manager, so she tells me that she is the manager, so I said" oh, what's your name ma'am "...she didn't respond, so i repeated it. So she said that didn't matter. I said ok that's fine I will just call and speak with YOUR manager. So I call about 5mins later and another lady answers, I ask "can I speak with your manager please?" she says, " she is in a meeting" I said ok, I can call back later she says " what is this about?" I said.. I need to talk to a manager. Then the lady lies to me and says " you know you called the city of Waite Park right?? I dont know what kind of training you guys provide there but you may want to train on etiquette.
