Revised my review after another horrible order from the drive thru. The tortillas were dried out and crusty with one taco looking like it was made with whatever was swept off the floor. One of the ole's were fried to a crisp. I am absolutely furious right now. This is a goodbye for me.

I was never a huge fan of Taco John's, but they're doing a lot right and they've grown on me. Their app is outstanding with plenty of awesome deals and rewards.This location is clean and well run with friendly and efficient staff.

We visited yesterday October 6th. The girl taking my order in the drive thru couldn’t understand me and I couldn’t understand her well. Then instead of using words when she didn’t hear me she’d say something that sounded like hmm or umm, instead of asking what I said so we got confused what she was trying to say. Almost all I could hear is a bunch of people talking and laughing in the background. When we get to the window there was like 6 employees standing there talking and laughing, not working. The girl at the window seemed very annoyed that we were there and I felt rushed to grab my change and food so I almost dropped my change and then my food, I had to catch my food. My quesadilla I ordered to share with my daughter was cut horribly, not the easiest to share. Potato ole’s didn’t taste right, the tacos were overly full or clearly not enough. But there was an excessive amount of random sauces I didn’t ask for and napkins just thrown into the bag. But the inside of the bag isn’t the biggest deal, it was just altogether not a great experience at all. No respect towards the customers and no manners there, very disappointing.

We decided to try your food one more time. We will never eat here again. Sartell Taco John's is so much better than your store. Softshells have almost NO meat, and the potato ole's are full of BURNT pieces. Waite Park store is disgusting.
