Ordered pancake. Unable to open butter packets. Waitress and another worker, also couldn't open butter packet. Finally given 1 packet that was opened. Pancake was cold by then and very little butter. Waitress was disinterested.

First, this place is no longer a $ breakfast spot. It’s now a $$+ joint. We like eating in Walker and there are many good restaurants there. The breakfast we had was terrible. I couldn’t cut pancakes with a knife. The gravy came out looking like canned dog food ( that is the truth!) the eggs were scorched but undercooked. The bacon was mostly fat. We won’t go back. It’s too bad because Walker needs another good breakfast place!

2 eggs over medium, hash browns bacon and toast. Eggs were undercooked, hash browns way undercooked, toast was warmed bread. They attempted to cook the hash browns more but just came back more greasy. The owner was waiting tables and cussing with the other waitress. When we complained about the food she told us the food was all properly cooked and to go home and cook if we didn’t like it. Keep in mind we’re locals who eat there year round. Just lost our business for good. Wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone

Kitchen staff unwilling to accommodate non-dairy restrictions. We heard rude comments, directed at me, at our table. Our server was apologetic. Another server was belligerent. I won't be back - and they'll be happy about that.
Worked here back in the late 70's early 80's when my parents owned it. Plan on making a trip back to where I graduated and go back to a place that served the best food in the area. Wonder if that 51 lb 51 inch Muskie still hangs on the wall. See ya soon !!!Erick soder

Stopped in for breakfast...staff more interested in conversation with each other at the serving window. Server very pleasant! Advising not to eat here.. had to send a simple ham/ cheese/ hash brown omelet back. Had vegetables in it and dark pieces of something hash browns burnt and raw. Grill probably not clean. Pretty disappointed. Server refunded my meal thankfully. Will NOT go back.Just go a few blocks north goto Jimmy's. It's clean and food is the best ever! Thought we would give it a chance...?

Ordered crispy bacon, what was served wasn't fit to eat, limp and greasy,potatoes were swimming in grease. Toast was good. Older waitress was rude and full of attitude.
