I love their sour beers & such a fun atmosphere. Dog friendly!

Great new building. Spacious and bright. Glad they are back. They recently celebrated their 2nd or 3rd anniversary of the fire. This place is such a great destination while in Walker. Many places have business slow down or stop entirely. This place keeps rocking all year long.

Good beer, Great porch, beautiful space

Awesome place, what a great space. Really friendly service and welcoming atmosphere. Their beers are excellent and there are generally plenty of options for styles. Creative beers that are well executed. Great patio. A true gem for a small town brewery, it doesn't get much better than this for a "remote" brewery not close to any big cities

Tasty beers, get the flights so you can try them. Sue the bartender was so nice, we really enjoyed our visit. Thanks, Sue, for making our day. And your plants are so beautiful. We’ll most definitely be back.

The hazy IPA was fabulous as was the Miles and Miles tropical tart. We enjoyed the rockabilly music too. Great building with deck and lower patio. Worth checking out!

What a great brewery with a great vibe in a great town. This is the first time I've been to Portage since they rebuilt the place. The new place maintains a lot of the feel of the last place, but is much larger. It still feels like a small-town brewery (which it is) but is big enough to handle a larger group of people. The beer is amazing...but be prepared! Most styles you may be used to will be different here. The only beer I had that was "true to style" was the Czech Pils. The rest of them are brewed in the style of a New England IPA...but have wild and crazy flavors that are so unique and wonderful. Some beers also live up to their names...like the S'mores beer tastes exactly like a S'more...and doesn't taste ANYTHING like a beer...it's dangerous!I ended up buying a hoodless sweatshirt and a four-pack to support this place. The next time I'm in Walker, I'll be stopping by to see what type of whacky flavors they have next...and support this unique place.

Good atmosphere, adequate outdoor seating and lots inside too! Modest beer selection when we visited. Helpful staff.

Excellent beers. I'm still not a huge fan of IPAs, but the Coconut Stout was surprisingly good. Brought our lunch from a local shop, which was also very delicious. I wish I could remember the name of the shop!!!! It's just down the hill...
Excellent beer and vibes. We stop in every time up at the cabin.

Always great beer and a beautiful place to drink your brew!

Great local spot! Love the outdoor patio that looks over the lower patio. They had a great live band on the Saturday afternoon we were there. No food but they have a next door food spot that you can call and order food and they will walk it up. Great variety of beers!!

The staff was amazing and the atmosphere was inviting. I sampled both of the Stouts and enjoyed them both. It will be one of our go-to places while in town.

Our annual fishing trip to the region includes at least four visits to our favorite north woods brewery. The selection varies from year to year but the brews are always delicious.
