I don’t often write reviews, but I simply had to give a review after the exceptional and extraordinary service we received on Thursday at your location. My husband and I stopped in for lunch. While we were eating our meal at a table, Karen was going around and checking in on all the patrons. She was very friendly and genuine, and provided the best customer service my husband and I have ever received at a fast-food restaurant. She brought us extra sauces, refilled our sodas for us, gave us mints, and even offered to throw our trash away. She checked in on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed and that everything tasted good. She asked how our day was going and was eager to hear about our recent move to town and she shared her own life experiences with moving as well. We simply were blown away by the quality of her service and think her manager needs to know what a treasure of an employee they have! We will definitely be back and we hope to see Karen there again!

I actually really like chick fil a for their breakfast chicken biscuit with egg and cheese, it's very tasty and the biscuit itself is delicious, however I went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 chicken breakfast biscuits with egg and cheese, so imagine my surprise when I got home and handed my daughter a biscuit and neither biscuit had chicken, which of course I paid for. I did call the store and was told she would put 2 free chicken breakfast biscuits on the app for me, which either never happened or I don't know how to find them. No one has time to sit and open each item to be sure you've received everything you've paid for, but I guess if I want that delicious breakfast chicken biscuit with fluffy egg and cheese, it's what I'll have to do. Stay alert!
