Very good Chinese takeout. Chicken in fried rice was a little dried out and I wish it had peas in it but still very tasty. Cream cheese puffs also great, plus egg rolls. Very cold inside but that’s ok since it’s clearly mostly for takeout, though there’s one table with bench seating for anyone who wants to eat in and doesn’t mind the cold.
Best Chinese takeout in the area by a mile. Quick and hot and tasty.

I order from here frequently and I've never been disappointed.Parking: A few spots, as the lot is shared. But the turn over is quick since there's no dine in option.Wheelchair accessibility: Curb is pretty flat, decent wheel chair access, there is a bit of a threshold bump, but there's room to maneuver inside for waiting on pick up.

Worst Asian food I have ever eaten, and I was overcharged for the eggrolls. The pork eggrolls contained lots of fat and gristle pieces, and most of it was inedible. Will never go back.

We ordered a little over $50.00 of food to be delivered. Service was good, delivery was relatively quick and the food was hot. However, the food, sweet and sour chicken, beef and snow peas, wings and a mixed dish, were consistently tasteless, yes tasteless! I was very disappointed because friends told me they buy there frequently. There was just NO flavor at all!!!

First time at Chin Chin, I was very pleased with my food and service. Not today. Today I ordered Mapo Tofu, and waited in the unheated pickup area (December) with another woman. She commented that she could smell cigarette smoke and asked if I could. I could. She asked the staff if someone was smoking in the back and was told the staff were smoking by the back door with the back door open. My Mapo Tofu took only a few minutes (bad sign), and when I got home it was a big disappointment. It was tofu in unseasoned water thickened with cornstarch, red pepper flakes, a tiny bit of tiny scallion pieces, and a couple tablespoons of ground pork. It was so runny, they put it in a soup container. It was way too hot (too many pepper flakes) but had not been seasoned other than that. A bad combination of hot with no flavor. I called to complain, expecting to be offered a refund. Two different women spoke to me and insisted it was delicious food. The second employee hung up on me. I will never go to this place again.

Food is good, the delivery driver is nice, but whoever takes the orders (other than the older lady) is very rude. Three times today when I called they picked up but never answered, even to let me know that I was on hold. But when my husband called they picked up and answered instantly. Makes me think they flag certain numbers that call to be disrespectful to.
