This isn’t the employees fault or anyone that works directly at this location. But Panera how are we running out of bagels by 9am, how? I feel like since we’re in the cities you’d have a city supply of bagels but I am wrong yet again. What time does a girl have to be up to get a bagel?

Update: since leaving this review the manager at the time contacted me and seems to have taken it seriously and fixed the issue. I’ve had all of my orders since be correct and have no issues with this location at all. I order here frequently. :)Old 2 star review from several years ago below—————I’ve literally never gotten the correct order the first time once when I’ve been here. And they don’t offer anything to correct it, just “oh. Sorry....”I don’t expect much but I’m talking a completely wrong bagel or no sauce when I ask for a certain sauce. I usually get it to go and I have to check inside the bag every single time and it’s never been correct.

Parking: I couldn't find the category but I will mention that the restaurant temp inside at opening of 7 am is way to cold. Many older people have complained to me about this. Have others?

Two separate times they have got the order wrong. One order was online and they missed an item and had a item wrong. Second time the cashier didn't ring up the correct items and they wouldn't correct it. I'd recommend going to another location or the new Zupas down the road.
The cashier Anna was the most polite helpful and happy and I went in there having not okay day and she made my day better just with how great her attitude very cheerful thx -

Don't think we will be going back to Panera again anytime soon. We've had a couple not great experiences at this chain ... but I think tonight kind of terminated my desire to ever eat there again. I ordered the Caprese Chicken sandwich -- and it came out with NO CHICKEN. So I took it back to the counter and waited while they got chicken for me. My friend ordered the same sandwich (also came out with no chicken). So I went to the front to let a manager know that this sandwich was being consistently made incorrectly. She said 'yes, that happens a lot-- if you want chicken on it you need to tell the cashier to put it in the notes.' So I asked 'then why is the name of this sandwich Caprese Chicken???'Not one person in our party had their food come out the way we ordered it. The one positive was that the staff was very nice -- not especially together this evening -- but very nice.

I'm probably being generous giving the food 2 stars. Panera used to be ok to good. I got the Chicken Frontera sandwich. It's all bread with tiny bit of chicken one tomato and a little onion. I used to get a pretty reasonable amount of chicken. But this is a joke. For $13 and a half bag of chips. Last time I'm going to Panera. It's a 0 for value.
