Quick meal with coupons, restaurant was clean, and had a good atmosphere.Service was poor, girl did not talk very well , hard to understand .It was after 7:30 pm few dine in but her focus was on talking with coworkers and her hair!Condiment station did need some cleaning and restocking .Food was good.

Really bad, they messed up my order, made me re order then continues to mess up my order as they made it. I ordered a jr whopper duo, they just gave me a burger. Two buns and just a meet, no onion, no nothing that I asked for. They basically just made me a burger with nothing but ketchup and lettuce…. They’re so lazy. I hope the manager on duty can motivate or somehow manage to hire better staffing for this place. Other reviews are just as bad. I took the time to write this review so you can hire people who actually care and do their job. I understand it’s fast food and not much care but these people tonight. 3-9-2024 did such a horrible job.

I typically come in the morning and order an iced coffee and some french toast sticks. It's always the same lady. She's nice and never have an issue. I came during dinner for the first time. In the gentleman who took my order was clearly upset and at the window was absolutely rude. All I ordered was a kid's meal and two shakes. I also work fast food. I never treat my customers like that! Absolutely will not be back. Why would you keep employees who very obviously can't do basic tasks and have zero customer service.

Service and atmosphere were excellent, especially for a fast food place; the burgers and fries are decent quality when you're in the mood for them. I am, of course, talking about the Culver's less than a mile away, because when I wanted BK for once and stopped here, I was told at the drive through to "come back in 10-15 minutes" with no explanation.

Service has gotten better at this location. It wasn't great for a long time. Received my food, it was hot and fresh, although incorrect. But they were great and fixed it right away without a problem. Great customer service! I rated the atmosphere low because their parking lot needs a desperate upgrade!! You have to dodge 2 foot deep potholes!! Get this fixed - the right way - Burger King!

We had the new chicken wraps and they were pretty good. Service was quick. It's Burger King, so not much atmosphere.
Didn't get cheese on my chicken & got a brand new one with the cheese with no hassle!! I love this burger king!! Best one in the state!!

Drive thru was terrible. Told us to go back around to the front of the store to pick up our food. Instead of bringing the food out to you, we ended up having to go into the store to pick up the food that was just randomly sitting on the counter. Food was cold. Defeats the whole reason of the drive thru. Also most of the lights on the outside of the building were out.

Interesting that even though it wasn't very busy, rather than getting my food right at the drive thru window, I and the cars and car behind a few minutes later, just paid there and then parked and they walked the food out later. It seems to be a growing trend. The "Big Fish" sandwich was delicious, although not really exceedingly large.
