We have always enjoyed the Chicken Wild Soup but today we ordered at noon in the drive thru and was told they were just making a new batch and it would be cold. We were fine with that as we were going home and could heat it there. The soup had way too much potato (big chunks) and were not cooked through. There was no chicken and very little rice. Very disappointed. The prices have gone up but the quality has gone down. Carmelita bar was very good.

Not sure what happened to the old staff bit the new staff is quite young and the inexperience mixed with non caring attitude leaves a different experience than we are used to. Food was made incorrectly and was cold instead of fixing it the guy in the kitchen rudely shouted at the girl working the counter who then passed the argument on to me. I showed her the menu so she could show him the description of the item.Another customer noticed the interaction and explained the staff was all new which was obvious. She also expressed her frustration with her experience.The item came back obviously put in the microwave and was disgusting. No check back no desire to make it right by anyone. Instead they sat on their phones and acted bothered when i requested silverware which was empty from the place they directed me to to get it. I was unable to eat the food because the quality was so poor but no one seemed to care or mind.This was a place we used to frequent its extremely disappointing the quality has dropped so drastically.I get its difficult to get new staff but perhaps they need more training or incentive to care even a little bit. As for the man in the kitchen I would just maybe start over there and hire someone who is willing to learn the menu and put even the slightest effort into quality and pride in what he is serving

They forgot my coffee while the rest of the members of my group all got theirs. When I mentioned it to the young lady busing tables she said she would take care of it. She did not, and I had to go up to the counter and ask for it. The person I spoke with seemed utterly bothered by me and was incredibly rude. Keep in mind, I’m the customer and you all messed up! Fast forward I ordered a scone with my quiche. I saw the employee put it in the microwave to heat, before I sat down. When my quiche was delivered to the table…no scone. I have to go up and ask AGAIN! No scones left now. How annoying. I had to substitute for a dried out raspberry muffin. Lastly, I ate half of a piece of paper that was on the bottom of my scone when they placed it on the table to serve it to me. I will never go back. If the employees would have been kind and accommodating I would not have left this review. Also if multiple issues hadn’t happened, would not have left a review. You should really work on customer service. Not good.Parking: In need of repair. Parking lot looks very run down (uneven and lots of potholes), considering you’re charging a small fortune for your food and beverages.

Mixed feelings. Employees appeared to be sparse. The gentleman taking orders was concerned and very busy.This place just wasn’t for for our group. Perhaps it is for you/others.Not the establishment’s fault, this is just my personal and honest opinion.. the food was ‘okay’ (nothing wrong with it but nothing that stood out to be special or different..) small and simple menu options.Our group didn’t realize this was more of a fast-food establishment; it was everyone’s first visit here.I personally didn’t try the coffee. Other did, (plain black coffee not additives)and they didnt think there was anything special about it.. just more costly than it should have been.There was a busy and concerned man who took all of the orders.. orders got messed up when food came with everyone in the establishment. I’m sure it doesn’t happen everytime. However; seeing the “help” that the order-taker did have, wasn’t too ambitious. ??♀️ Sad, that just seems “normal” for employees now daysFYI: This establishment has no servers.Quick info for anyone new: Small establishment, has a drive through, or go in & you may (or may not) wait in line, order at a counter, pay & tip before your meal, wait at a table or standing.. mediocre coffee, small menu, simple food with different food-made options (ie: gluten free).Find out for yourselves.

Wonderful food and service as always. Lexie made me a delicious lavender cold brew and Lino made a delicious avocado toast (generous helping of avocado) with medium eggs and a side of bacon and much to my surprise I got a little bunch of grapes with my meal.Parking: Parking on both sides of the lot

I’m not really sure what to say other than the coffee and food were pretty awful. Avocado toast was a barely toasted slice of store bought bread with some holy guacamole spread smeared on top. Eggs had a funny after taste and nothing was seasoned. Based on taste the turtle espresso was just made using drip coffee. We did have a muffin that wasn’t terrible but it also wasn’t worth the price. The staff were nice and friendly, but we won’t be going back.
The two ladies working were so sweet and made our entire days. They both had such spunky and fun vibes!The Depth Charge I got was solid. Definitely a good pick me up!My bf absolutely smashed his cinnamon roll. 10/10 cute little coffee shop❤️Shout out again to the two ladies working. ??
