I like this Caribou Coffee location. It's nice and quiet and always plenty of seating available! Employees are really nice and friendly as well!

The place was not clean at all. And the lady that took my order was not friendly.
Miscommunication during ordering resulted in a cold drink instead of a hot drink (I wanted hot). They immediately remedied for me at no charge. Great customer service.

The only negative is tricky getting in and out because of it being snug behind the gas station and the freeway. It's a larger location with plenty of parking and cozy space inside. Customer service was great too.Parking: Plenty of parking

The people are great! They have delicous food ! They have fantastic drinks that are always perfect! Especially the frozen Matcha no bubbles extra whip! My partner loves the white berry mocha ! & THEY HAVE A PUP CUP POSTER IN THEY'RE DRIVE THRU & THEY HAVE POLAROIDS OF THE PUPS (&EVEN A FEW CATS) I'm actually going back with my partner soon cause we're babysitting her brothers pup!
