Placed an order 30 minutes ago and the tracking says it's been received but they haven't even made them yet. This is not during busy meal times so the "Freaky Fast" delivery is long gone. Also, the prices have become ridiculous - this will be our last time at Jimmy John's.

Prices are higher than other locations. There isnt a "no tip" option, you have to select custom amount and enter in $0. Two subs, a bag of chips and a pop for $30, then expects tips for no table service.

Workers didn’t seem to know what was going on. They made a bunch of sandwiches and then had to open them all up to see which sandwich was which before giving me my order. Overall the food was ok but the experience was the best.

I have been here twice in the last month and both times there was the same male cashier. He just stares at you when you approach. No greeting, no asking what you want, no smile. Just a blank stare. I know it's hard to find workers these days, but is this the best that they can get?

I walked in at 8:55 ish (5 minutes before closing time) the doors were unlocked and there was a person filling up there drink. I waited at the counter for the lady to stop mopping so she could take my order but when she FINALLY turned around she told me that they were closed even though the close at 9 and it was not 9 yet.

Making tips mandatory on card is beyond frustrating. Pay your employees more don’t expect the customer to pay them for doing their job. This is getting out of hand as your food is overpriced to begin with.

We paid $74 for 4 sub sandwiches. No combos, no cookies, no sodas, just 4 sandwiches! I was floored when she told us $74. They offer no bread or cheese choices like Subway. We will NEVER EVER eat Jimmy Johns again. And I love the sign on the door: Be nice to our employees who do show up. Wow! Really? "show up" ?? Don't you pay them to show up?
