I can enjoy buffet food or nice food but the juicy lucy patty was so flavorless and it reminded of the frozen meats with stuffing like chicken cordon blue from aldi. Dry and rubbery. It was so full of cheese it exploded and burn my arm (no injury just very hot). It went about 2feet..... The onion ring (singular) was like eating state fair fried food. Not what I crave when eating a burger. I was with 6 people and noone really enjoyed their food. I was looking forward to eating my cheat meal with a good burger. I like my burgers with tender and crumbly juicy meat. Not a rubber patty with melted kraft American cheese. The place also was very generic. Serivce was good. Nothing against her but they were understaffed.

I used to come here regularly before the pandemic. I revisited about a month ago and the burger was pretty mediocre but I was hoping it was an off day. I came back this week and it was even worse. The burger was bland and overcooked with barely any cheese added. The tots were so greasy and over salted that I had to stop eating them. I’m sad to say but I’ll be finding another local burger place.

Great spot for a unique burger. Many choices to pick from including The Hangover Burger, The Chili Cheeseburger, and The 4 Alarm Burger (XXXX Hot). But wait, there's more.They also offer side portions such as fries, tator tots, and onion rings that are cooked to perfection.And the sizes of these portions aren't the "bottomless fries" from Red Robin where you wait around on the waiter to come back and put 10 fries on your plate.No, no, no!You're gonna be plenty surprised and leave this place absolutely content with a full stomach.Highly recommended.

Unfortunately a very poor experience. One burger was extremely under done and the other was extremely over cooked. Service was not great so trying to get things corrected didn't occur. One meal was taken off the bill. On the plus side the fried pickles were tasty.

Really all and all just an average experience. Our wait for burgers took a little longer than we were anticipating. We ordered medium and saw no pink at all. The mushroom Swiss was a little underwhelming. My friend said the XXXX burger was hot at least. Service upfront was fine, just wish the food had a little more going for it considering the prices they are charging. Would I come back? Maybe, just not anytime soon.

We’ve been to Lucy’s Burgers a number on times the past few years and always found the food and service good. Tonight the experience was awful! We waited an hour for over-cooked burgers and fry’s all served cold. The food and service was awful, the owners need to step-up and get things fixed. Don’t think I will take a chance on this place again and have to recommend avoiding this bad experience. There are much better options in the area if you’re looking for a beer and burger.

The food was very good and the bartender served me well besides running back to attend the bar. Several waitresses were walking around and seemed to do little besides chatting with each other. My previous experience there was more positive.
Super busy, short staff, took about 45 min to get our food. Took a little for the surver to come back and give us a refill. The frys were room temperature. Not impressed by this place. The buger for the Lucy was dry.

We stopped into Lucy’s on our way from Iowa to Wisconsin. Let me just say I am so glad we did and didn’t go our usual quick bite of fast food…make sure you get the cheese curds I promise you are not going to want to miss out on these (so good I got some to go on my way home). Also, I did not grab her name but the young lady running the front end, behind the bar and waitressing was amazing very sweet and tentative. Overall I had a five out of five experience!!

We tried this place on our quest for juicy lucy's. I ordered the MN Juicy Lucy, which came with tator tots. The burger was topped with ripple potato chips & Top n Tator & filled with Swiss. You can pick other cheeses. The burger was ok, a little dry, in my opinion. The tots were excellent! Crispy! The place has a good vibe going! There was louder than normal music playing, which I liked. There's a bar with a few booths, a few high-top tables & single seats around bar. There's also another area with more booths & tables. Our waitress was very friendly & attentive! They also sell CBD Gummies & drinks if you're into that.Parking: This restaurant is located in a strip mall area, so there's plenty of free parking.

We've visited Lucy's many times. Always LOVED it. Seriously, I couldn't say enough about it. But our trip today, that changed. I had my usual Cheese burger with bleu cheese. All burgers used to come with lettuce, tomato and onion. No longer. And they changed the bun, not for the better. The fries were way over done, and cold. My husband paid extra for the onion rings. He got 2, and they were no where near as good as they used to be. They used to be airy, not so much any more. That's too bad. I hope they go back to their old ways. We'll give them a try again, but at 11.00 to 15.00 for a burger, I expect better.
