Worker hadn't even started my order several minutes after the pickup time was due. He immediately started stacking lies upon lies, starting with claiming that he was busy when there were literally only 2 customers in the store when I came in and they had clearly been there a while because they were done eating.I got home after getting my order ~15 minutes late, and realized they'd left out several of the ingredients I asked for, including a $2 upcharged ingredient. I went back and they claimed to be out of ingredients, which I could see they still had all but one of the missing ingredients sitting out. The employee claimed that he put on everything on the order that was in stock, and he clearly had not. He also claimed he couldn't cancel the order or refund me somehow, and the best he could do was leave a note for his manager who wasn't there. He couldn't come up with an excuse, even a poor one, for why he didn't at least tell me he left out several ingredients, including the one that cost $2 extra.Terrible restaurant, I'm doing a chargeback and I hope this location goes out of business. I filed a complaint with corporate as well and hope it actually makes it down the chain of command. If your employees are incapable of taking cash out of a register and handing it after getting an order completely wrong and repeatedly lying to a customer about it, then you shouldn't be letting them work without a manager present.

Not friendly at all! The coupon scanner would not accept my coupon for some reason. The employee would not make a price adjustment even after seeing it was a valid coupon. So I went to Culver's instead.

Food is pretty consistent with other subways... They have one good person that is fast that works here. I've waited up to 15 minutes at the drive-thru and even longer than that to go in sometimes. Could run next door to the Italian place and get a sit-down meal faster.

I applied there and had an interview and got hired. I was suppose to start the next day and had something IMPORTANT I had to attend to that weekend and I called and they told me to call back Monday when I got back so I did and then they told me I had to wait a week to start so a week went by and I had called today since today is a week later someone answered and I asked to talk to a manger they said yes let me get someone for you so I sat and waited. I heard people talking someone picked up the phone and then hung up. I’ve been trying to communicate to get started for almost two weeks now and there is no communication. For a single 6 inch sub I have been waiting at the drivethru window now for 11 minutes without anyone even coming to the window yet! There isn't a single customer in the store. Ridiculous for how much their prices have gone up. Finally 13 minutes they have taken my money. Still waiting on food! Finally got food.. 16 minutes. Manager on duty Emmit.

I went here for lunch while doing orientation for a new job. My food was made in a decent time and it was good. But it didn't take 30 minutes to get some of the worst food poisoning I've ever had in my life. For the next 3 hours I was in constant pain and loosing everything from both ends. I had to leave work early because I couldn't stop vomiting, and when I got home I could barely move. It took almost 10 hours for the sickness ease and now I'm dehydrated, fatigued, and my body hurts.I don't know who is in charge here but something has to be done. Also I wanna be clear in saying that at least 3 of the 12 people got subway from here. And we were all sick but I definitely got the worst end of the stick. I may be done with subway for good.

Waited in front of the drive through window forever to be told their credit card machine was off. Had to come in and pay. When we drove to our location, the sandwiches had only lettuce on them. No joke. Just lettuce.The guy looked disheveled/really shaken up and told us he was the only one there... but there was no line and nobody in the restaurant so idk why it took that long.Additionally, when we tried to call them multiple times, they never responded. Wasted 25 bucks. Would like our money back.
