The food is the same as in all the bell tacos it is delicious I don't understand those who say "it wasn't good" the people who comment badly about this place is because it was there when they were training. Now they are getting better, they are new guys, most of their first job.

This place was good when it first opened. They had an A-team running this ship tight and smoothly. The last 3+ orders we have placed have all been wrong, and the portions are way off. I will not be going back to this location. Worth the drive to go elsewhere.

Was excited to have a taco bell on this side of town. Horrible service ALL orders will be wrong. They are not familiar with the menu items. The franchise should be shut down or the owner should do some quality control. Either way willing to drive further just so I can get my order right.

This Taco Bell is incredibly understaffed and needs more training to better fulfill their duties. The dining room is small, but seems well kept for the most part, however you do need a minimum of 20 minutes before receiving your order. Also wish you’d be able to pick-up your mobile order through the drive-thru like most Taco Bells, however this is not currently available.My boyfriend also wishes they were open past 10PM lol.

Went through the driveway and they forgot my boyfriends $5 chalupa box so we backed up (there was no one else in the drive through) and told them they forgot something. They asked for our bag back and 3 employees dug through our bag and opened up our food to see what it was. Then finally a girl came from the back and said we were missing our $5 box but they proceeded to take our bag of food with them to the back. They came back and handed us our food and our $5 box but there were items missing from the bag that we had originally ordered. At this point we just asked for our money back because who knows what they did to our food when they brought it in the back. I thought bringing food back after handing it to a customer was a serious health code violation but I guess not to them!

I’ve been trying to give this Taco Bell a chance but it just has been severely inconsistent and there’s always issues with my orders. This last time I came in, I heard someone in the back laughing and saying they put spicy ranch on the cheesy Gordita crunch they just made. Assuming it may have been mine, I double checked my food and sure enough there was spicy ranch on my cheesy Gordita crunch and I was missing items. I went back in and let them know and I hear the same person in the back say “dang, I knew they were going to come back” why are you handing out food that’s clearly wrong then? I would rather go to the maplewood Taco Bell, even though it’s further away. I’m done giving this Taco Bell a chance.

I don’t even know why they opened this restaurant here what a joke. Showed up at 7:20 for breakfast and was told by staff their fryers were still heating up so no breakfast, when asked how long it may take, the response was I don’t know. Why are you even open? The rest of us have to pay because your workers show up late to do their job? Do better Taco Bell.

This is a joke of a fast food restaurant. I ordered a umber 2 which is three taco supremes. I also ordered a burrito supreme. After waiting 20 minutes for the food. When I got it home it was three soft shell tacos and 1 burrito supreme ( the only item that was correct). When I asked where the order was, she said oh they had your order but they gave it to someone else. This is the 3rd try I give up. I’ll find a better place to get my fast food
