I understand that they were busy and seldom say much but they were very disorganized. Had to wait for them to clean several tables off which again I understand it was busy but the table was dripping wet and when we asked if we could get the table dried off they brought a few napkins and threw them on the table. Not really what I would expect from an Applebee's. Then from when our order was taken it was 45 minutes before we received our food and by this time there was more tables open then occupied. When we received our food they had put a second plate under the plate with the food because it had sat under the heat lights to long, the cheese on my chicken was turning brown due to this. Again probably could have understood if it wasn't for the fact I seen 2 of the wait staff standing around doing nothing for a good amount of time. As well during the time we were there at no time did I see a manager on the floor. It was very disappointing considering we have always had a good experience with Applebee's.

Honestly, Applebee's gets a lot of hate for no reason. The kitchen staff here is awesome; they never miss! Only complaint I have is that they tend to forget plasticware when ordering take-out or delivery. Other than that, I really do love y'all. Keep killing it! I recommend a Burger and Fries or boneless wings. 9.8/10

I left saying to my wife that it was a disaster. There were 6 in our party. The long wait to get our food and then it was only 5 of the 6 dishes arrived. I had to wait even longer while everyone else had their food. It was a simple cheeseburger, but when it arrived, it was with extra toasty/burned bun, and I had better burgers from a fast food restaurant and cheaper. The food between the dishes was lukewarm to cold. The service was spotty with the servers bringing drinks quickly without asking while other members in my party had to ask for refills. The chairs hurt to sit in. Overall, it was just a disaster of experience and not one I am looking forward to experiencing again any time soon.

Great stop to watch the football game and enjoy family time. Appetizers were on point! My pasta dish, that I order regularly, was not even close to the same sauce or noodle. They used Alfredo sauce and a round noodle and just topped it with my chicken instead of the Mac and cheese sauce and curly noodles it usually comes with. It was still good though, very hot. The kids burgers were all good and made how they were ordered. Staff was new and did a great job, just a little nervous!Kid-friendliness: Lots of families out with kiddos!
