I ordered the chicken samwich. Dont get it its absolutely nasty- cooked in some grose grease. Tastes like moldy chicken. I couldnt finish the samwhich. Came in for a refund and was denied a refund. Curly fries were mushy and nasty as well. This location needs to step up there food quality for sure. hate to say it!

I stopped going to this location. However, I wanted to give it another try after almost a year. My chicken sandwich was soaked in sauce to the point that it fell apart. It's very unappealing. The drive-thru service was rude. I will not return again sadly as I enjoy the food when it is made appropriately.

Got drive thru and asked for a plain wagyu burger. Got one with everything. Friend went back and ordered another because I couldn't find the receipt, still got everything. Not coming back. Bad first experience for sure.

Shift Manager on a power trip ... Visited this Arby's for lunch on 11/25/23 and tried to use free combo card. The shift manager refused to take them because it was "bad for them" and then canceled our entire order and said we had to reorder. So is poor customer service. He also accused us of stealing them. Hope he doesn't treat the workers and other customers like that. Definitely won't be back.

Tons of signage for mobile app discounts with membership. Then almost impossible to use the coupons once they get all of your personal information off you. Employees were no help at all. Completely out of control pricing for fast food. You can eat at a sit down restaurant for less Arby's ?
