We stopped by here today around 6pm it was not busy at all we were a family of 4 and there were about 3 or 4 workers up there and not 1 of them said anything to us we waited about 10 minutes nobody said a word to us we were just passing through will not go back very bad service we left

This BK has me confused. You go in one day and the play place is open. I bring my kids, and they say it is closed. I don't like that it changes day to day. My kids have been waiting for 2 years to play on it.

went through the drive through on Hwy 12 burger king I ordered a whopper with have onion and I got a cheese whopper that was real spicy I won't be going back to that burger king any time soon

Friendly staff. Clean inside. Online Google search for BK menu shows that 3 different salad choices are available at this location. When I didn't see any salad choices on their inside menu, I asked the employee who was taking my order if they had salads on their menu and she said that they didn't.

Went through the drive through and ordered a number 5 just the sandwich, no cheese. On the menu board it's advertised as $2 for this. I was charged almost $4 for them. False advertising. When I didn't get my fries, I went in to get the missing item. When asked about the order the person I assumed was manager said "ya I don't know why it's like that" we got our fries and I left. Not the first time I've reviewed so low for this place.

The food was fine, but the service was awful, even in the drive thru. One of the employees was having a lengthy social conversation with a man in his car in the drive thru, with seemingly no intentions of moving. The employee seemed completely unconcerned about backing up the drive thru and delaying other customers' orders.

Service is awful. Was the only car in the drive through. Waited 25 minutes while 3 females watched videos on their phone instead of making food. I got home and half my order was missing.

I usually go to this location as the customer service and accuracy is better than the 1st st location, USUALLY! However, our last order was a disaster. We went thru the driver thru on our way home after an extremely long day. Only 2 items in our large order were correct. Well my sandwich was made correctly but it was completely cold. The cheese didn't even melt a little bit. Half the order ended up in the garbage. We attempted to call both locations and both locations the phones were off. Through the drive thru window they appeared to be fully staffed. The staff seemed to be having a great time. I'm very disappointed. I would've preferred to speak with the manager instead of blasting it on here but that is not an option since there phones aren't on and I just had extensive spinal surgery so I'm unable to drive and speak with anyone in person.

Bad service, always a wait. Food is decent but not worth the money. I had to pay the same price for a full meal even though I only got a water. The person who took my order didn't even tell me they were out of pop until I asked for a drink with my meal as thats what it usually comes with. I understand if the employee is new but I think asking if I wanted a drink is pretty standard.
