Accidentally threw my phone into the garbage can. Came back 15 minutes later and the staff and then franchise owner were awesome. The owner personally dug through the garbage and found my phone. Thank you so much for this and the delicious food as well.

Probably the most enjoyable place to eat. The ice cream is the best. Compared to DQ.Kid-friendliness: There are coloring pages for your kiddos to keep them busy plus if they get a kids meal they get free ice. Pretty great deal for kids

This is always one of the nicest and clean fast food restaurants I go to. Additionally the staff is always nice. I've probably had 30+ different staff members and they've all been courteous and helpful. The food is always well prepared and tastes good. Overall one of my favorite fast food places to eat.Kid-friendliness: The kid meals are portion appropriate and they have the option of getting your ice cream then with the slip or saving for later.
First thing I have to say is the customer service is absolutely amazing! The most friendly and ready to help if there is an issue.

Very busy night and the staff wasn't quite in sync like they usually are! Staff were very friendly, however, a young man came out to my car with an order that wasn't for me and he insisted it was mine, I told him that it was not my order and he took the number sticker off my mirror. A few minutes later he comes out with another order and tried handing me a shake, which I didn't order. He was very confused and once I explained to him that someone else had been outside and pulled several vehicles to the other side of their lot to make room for more cars he was able to get the orders out to the right folks. When we received our order it was hot and very good! I never mind the wait because the food is always on point!
