We ordered from here twice and it took forever to get our food delivered and was charged way more than what they had said it would be on the phone. Definitely not ordering from this place ever again. Poor service and poor delivery. Food

very friendly staff. i have eaten here twice and the first time, i remembered it being decent, but this last time was pretty terrible. i paid over $50 for two medium pizzas with handtossed crust. i received two pizzas about the size of a personal pan pizza with thin and burnt cracker crust. there were hardly any toppings and none of the extras i ordered and i’m sure i was charged for. i don’t see myself going back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The pizza here was good. I got a Large Taco pizza with sour cream on it.The sour cream could have been distributed better, in my opinion. I was lucky if I got some on every piece.The reason I remove a star for food is because the pizza was cut in such a perplexing manner that it left tiny pieces and large pieces, it just seemed very haphazard and the pizza was kind of butchered.The atmosphere loses one star because they have an arcade machine and a pinball machine. I would have liked to play at least one, but we were informed that the pinball machine is non-functional, and the DigDug machine that they have was turned off.Why have non-functioning machines? It would have been nice to play some while I waited for my pizza.Overall the whole place was good and the flavor of the pizza is top notch, definitely try them out!!

I'm giving food a 1 and here's why. I absolutely love giovannis pizza in my book I don't think it gets better I've been enjoying there pizza since the day they opened and in all these years I can honestly say I've never had a bad pizza from them, until last night 06/02/23. The girl who made did everything wrong there wasn't nearly enough sauce an way to much cheese and it was burnt don't know how but it was. Giovannis has an awesome distinct flavor and the pizza I got last night was not it. I'm not one to leave reviews but giovannis is a restaurant who's food has remained spectacular for over 30 years and last night was terrible and I do not want to them slack off and lose what they have and get a don't care attitude like some other restaurants in willmar have. Otherwise love your pizza guys
Stopped in for wings, pasta and a flatbread. Everything was good. We really enjoyed the crispness of the flatbread crust.

This was our first time at Giovanni Pizza. The waitress at the counter didn’t seem very friendly when we ordered our food. One person in our party ordered a drink, but she never offered glasses for water to the rest of us. There was not much atmosphere for dining. Although our son liked the pac-man arcade game. Our food came fairly quickly, but one person was missing part of their meal. The pizza tasted delicious and fresh, but more expensive than other pizza restaurants. Even though we were the only people in the restaurant, no one came to check on us. We were disappointed from our experience here.
