This place is a hit-or-miss type of business. Every time I order, I have to ask them to make sure the pizzas are all cooked simultaneously so I get them fresh (if the pizzas are not all available). I wouldn't say I like how I will order three pizzas, yet they'll have a pizza sitting there for 45 mins and then cook the remaining two, which means I would end up with two freshly made pizzas and one that has gotten hard and burnt due to the heating range. Mind you; if you don't check, they will hand you a burnt-staled pizza with zero care and even get mad at you for stating the obvious. Their pizzas are delicious when made fresh, but it's a hit-or-miss.

The guy at the checkout in the drive thru was rude. When he gave us the order which included a sausage pizza and we had a. Coupon for a free cheesy bread He gave us bread sticks. We didnt realize his mistake until after we left. He just stared at us., and was very unfriendly so we didn't go back to mention His mistake.

I placed an online order to be ready at 5:15. I walked in a couple minutes late and they said it would be 2-3 minutes. It was 5:45 and still no pizza. I finally walked out the door without my pizza at 5:45.

I was picking up a doordash order and when I got to the store they had the order half ready they said it would be 5-10 mins and I could wait in my car and they'd bring it out. After 10 mins I went back in to see what was taking so long. They said they accidentally gave away one of the pizzas and it'd be another 10 mins. I ended up waiting over 30 mins for some hot and "ready" pizza. Two other customers came in and left because they weren't getting helped. Just ok pizza and it's NEVER ready.

For what it's worth, the pizza has always been great, but they completely lost my business. I order pickup to not waste gas in a drive thru just for them to lock the doors and hour early, not have my pizza ready the first time I go through, then to be told they ran out of ingredients the second time through and that I could get a refund. Wasted time and gas money and now I get to wait 3-7 business days for a refund? That's unacceptable to me.

I ordered online at 8:21 pm. Pick up time was 8:37 pm inside. I walked in and immediately was told they are closed and i needed to leave. I explained to her I had an online oder to pick up inside. She said nope, go through the drive through. I left got behind 3 cars in the drive to pick up my order I was supposed to pick up in store. Seriously! I get to the window and was missing my breadsticks, sauce and the pizza was wrong. The store closes at 9 pm. They were no longer making food she said and don't have anything to replace what I was missing. Offered me a 2 liter or wings in place of the items I was missing, because that's what was leftover. What restaurant closes before the actual sign says so! She then said I'll need to call sometime tomorrow to get reimbursed what I was short on my order. I saw 4 cars drive through the drive thru before 9 pm.
The people that work here are a good team. Their customer service is also very respectful and friendly compared to other places in town. They make sure that your satisfied and if not, they'll correct it without all the huffing and puffing of some places. And they'll make it the way you like it. Love it!!

At 5:05pm on 12/22/22 while in the drive thru.Had to go through the line FOUR TIMES! and waited almost an hour!! For 2 items! Finally got our stuff at 5:55pm and drove home. Got home and took 1 bite AND SPIT IT OUT!!! I AM SO DISGUSTED!! It is RAW DOUGH!??? I am so very upset! I really hope to get my money back!!!?How could you let food leave like that?! Especially when you have to wait 50 Minutes for it?! How unbelievably gross!!!

The amount of time waiting in line to get food you already ordered and paid for, is not worth it to most of the customers. But the quality of product served is not meeting the mark. When I was assistant manager that would not have been acceptable. The inside counter is closed, as the door is locked. Don't bother ordering online because by the time you wait to get the the window your order is old and cold. Many people think if they just walk up that somehow that locked door will magically be opened for them by an actual caring person. Funny ?
