Took 22 minutes to get our drink order taken, and 18 minutes to get our drinks delivered to table. Other food came out slowly. We literally watched every table around us get served before us. Food is a solid B+, but service left a great deal to be desired.If I was on death row and had one last meal, I would chose Ruffs to maximize my time left on this world.
Was good burgers and tacos. Server did a good job, came around multiple times making sure we were good. Wasn't overly noisy and was a relaxing

Easily my favorite place in town to get a burger or wings.
Wow is all I can say. Wonderful! I am not a traveler. I truly try not to venture more than 100 miles from home. The staff here (Ree and Darby Specifically) we’re so friendly, attentive, and efficient that I can’t say enough about the service provided. My food came out hot and absolutely delicious ❤️ So shout out to the cooks in back. Everything was clean and fresh, a very positive environment! It takes a good crew to pull it off. Thank you for being stellar examples of customer service!

Ruff’s is fantastic. My group and I were seated right away, and service was great - Mitch was an amazing server! We ordered a variety of boneless wings and some chicken n fries dishes. The orders came out fresh and hot, and the boneless wings were bussin’ for real. The stinger sauce is really good as well!

The food is decent, nothing special. The service could be better. I couldn't give them more stars because they lack Coke products. I usually don't eat at restaurants that don't serve coke products but decided to give it a chance.
