Placed a mobile order of a drink and sandwich. Pulled up to get it 15 minutes later, they handed me my drink and said have a nice day. I asked about my sandwich, they said they didn't see it and would pop it in the oven. After several minutes they came back to window and said it would take a little longer due to oven not being on and needing to warm up. After a few more minutes asked if I could pull around to front and they would bring it to me. After waiting out front for 20 minutes, the guy finally came out with a drink and 2 bags of his own food and apologized and said someone threw my sandwich away but I could come back another day and get a free one. Didn't give me a coupon didn't refund my money nothing. I don't live in the area and can't just pop in another time. Due to other circumstances I couldn't go in to try to get my money back so I'm out the money for my sandwich and the tip.

the person who took our order was rude and did not listen correctly. she charged us with large as we ordered mediums, the drinks where not correct and my cinnamon drink didn't even have cinnamon. i had also ordered a cake pop and i never received it.

I'm a frequent Starbucks customer all over Minnesota and beyond. The service and order I received this Saturday morning at 10am are the worst I've ever received. The counter and hot drink station staff were rude and delivered 2 unsatisfactory drinks, one made incorrectly, 15 minutes apart. The drinks were regular drinks ordered at the same time. I'd visit the other store in town.
