So I have ordered from here several times since I moved here but today will be the last. I regularly order the steak quesadilla and can ignore the fact that they never cut it properly if at all, but when I order a steak quesadilla and only one slice of it has a couple pieces of steak, yes I'm taking my money to Taco John that doesn't rip me off. I suggest everyone does the same.

I tried to pay with a $50.00 bill and they said that I couldn't because they didn't have change. The same thing has happened before when I tried to pay with a $100.00

Whoever was working through the drive- thru this afternoon at 1:07 PM was very rude and inconsiderate to customers and whoever made my food. This is what it looked like when I got it how impressed do you think I am that I paid $14 for this and it to look like this when I receive it. We did not even receive the correct food and we asked for Diablo sauce Ava hot sauce and he could not even get that right! Did not even get straws for our drinks! Drink was not even closed correctly and he says we would survive! Yeah until the lid pops off and spills all over me

I was just there and the manager on duty dosent know customer service are meal was 20 dollars gave them a hundred they give me 22 dollars in change got a little up set they gave me my 100 back an told me to go else where that's beyond poor customer

I pull into the drive through at about 7:28. I get up to the speaker and all I get is what sounded like welcome to Taco Bell and that’s it. I responded with hello and that was it. I ordered for delivery and it took forty five minutes to get it. It was way past the posted time that I finally received my food. Called the restaurant and was told they never received my order. They called me back to say they found my order at the same time it was being delivered. Food was cold and not very appetizing.
