There was a hair in my jimmy johns sandwich. Tried to reach out twice but never heard anything back.Before this they have forgotten things in my order when I've had it delivered in the past.

Like another sandwich shop in Winona, the bread is very chewy. Ordered a sandwich, drink and brownie.I was kind of disappointed with my sandwich. However the brownie was beyond yummy. Melted in my mouth. Won't be getting anymore sandwiches from here but definitely getting a brownie every now and then.

We catered Jimmy John's for a wedding. The food was good, but they dropped the ball on the delivery. None of the boxes were labeled and we had to guess what was what. And some sandwiches were not cut. This had us scrambling last minute. Again, good sandwiches, but it caused some unwanted chaos.

I had the absolute best experience ordering catering. I did not catch his name, but the gentleman taking the order was phenomenal. So friendly and helpful. Any manager viewing this should know my first name is Jason and my pickup is 7/21. Give him the credit he deserves.

Excellent Jimmy John's. Very clean, clean bathrooms and tables. I forgot how friendly people from Minnesota are, the staff was really nice and polite. Great lunch. For Truckers, there's a Walmart next door with limited parking.

Horrible and Hostile business! One day the lobby will be open , the next day it's closed. One day they accept cash, the next day credit cards only. One day an item will be $9.95 and the next day it will $14.95, they rip off customers every chance they get.

So freaking fast, you won't know what hit you! But really, I came right at closing, and they did a great job taking care of 12 of us. He did it with a smile and left the crew feeling satisfied. My only complaint was my chips were stale but I didn't know until I was gone!

Order just a turkey sandwich with nothing on it, and the sandwich came with every fixing on it. Can't believe people don't listen. Not freaky fast. It is the longest time I have ever had to wait for Jimmy John's sandwich, and there were three people working.

Went there about seven pm. And ordered the ham and cheese basket. No other customers in the restaurant. Went there with my girlfriend, she had a sandwich with multiple meats and provolone cheese. First thing I noticed was the bread was hard on my sandwich. She gave me the ham and cheese from her sandwich. I noticed that there was a black hair on the cheese slice. She took it up to the counter and told the workers and was asked to show them the receipt which she did and received a second sandwich. No apologies or explanation whatsoever. There was music playing which was so loud that I was yelling to my girlfriend and she couldn't hear me and we were sitting at a small round table. I'm guessing that the employees heard me yelling and turned the music down to a comfortable level. I was not impressed at all with my experience at that restaurant. Right after we walked out to my car I took this picture. There was 3 out of the 4 employees at the front sitting area by the windows. You can see parts of 2 employees and the 3rd one was behind the paper sign. I would not recommend this place to anyone as I was absolutely in disbelief with my experience I just encountered.
