If I could give this place 0 stars I most definitely would! Every time you go through the drive thu the food is messed up ir something is missing! My boss took a few of us out for lunch on Tuesday. We arrived 15 minutes after opening, ate inside and all of our food was barely warm like ut had been sitting out or we got it to go and had a long drive. For the price you pay for a meal it's absolutely ridiculous! Don't eat here unless you want your money wasted

I waited for over 20 minutes for chicken strips. This is not ok.
Went to the drive through, there was three total cars, the guy at the window just simply wouldn't move. He sat there. I didn't understand what was going on. I sat there at least twenty to twenty five minutes. Finally I go inside. The guy at the counter says they're super busy and they don't wanna take new orders. There was like three people in the whole restaurant. I feel so bad for whoever owns this restaurant comma it seems like the people there are just worthless.

Selected drive-thru this noon. What a disappointment! One order that was to include fries and slaw instead had mashed potatoes and gravy and French fries...really?The other order included cole slaw and corn. Received both yet corn refrigerator cold and like it had been soaking in water for days. Zero flavor. Did not consume...gross!!!Though we are rare customers not sure we would ever return.
Was told it would take 6 minutes to make the mac and cheese so i said okay thinking it was going to be hot and fresh but it was luke warm at best and I took a bite before i left the lot looking forward to super hot mac and cheese but thats not what i got. Ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich and what I got was 2 small pieces of chicken nuggets and a ton of mayo. Mashed potatoes were chewy and had dry clumps in it. Fries tasted like they were re-fried and inedible. Chicken Tenders and gravy were decent. I keep coming back hoping it will be better and during peak times food is usually good but not when you go there at 8:50pm on a Friday night. Threw away over half my food/money....

Used to frequent this location years ago when the owner actually worked in the restaurant. The pride and quality were outstanding. Sadly, it’s now fallen into another poorly run corporate KFC. Simply stated it is the worst chicken franchise in the country. Product was greasy, staff were uninterested, the restaurant was dirty. Colonel Sanders would roll over in his grave!!

I hated to bother the young man waiting on us. I ordered one piece of white meat chicken. He charged me for two pieces $9 and something. He didn't give me the second piece and I went to the counter twice. One to discuss my bill and I could not get anyone's attention. The older man working wasn't at the counter AND I smiled when I came out of the bathroom and no response. The second time I went back to the counter I wanted a to go box. The young man who rang me up was no where.... A young man heard me saying, Excuse me after a great deal of time and he brought me a box. I would have asked for butter the first time I approached the counter..... When we went to our car three of the young men were outside chatting. This is not the way a business should be run. DO NOT EAT at this restaurant.
